Claims (18)
- 治療用超音波振動移送システムであって、
遠位端および近位端を有する細長い超音波伝達デバイスと、
前記超音波伝達デバイスの前記近位端に結合された超音波ドライバと
を備え、
前記超音波ドライバは、前記超音波伝達デバイスをパルスモードおよび連続モードで駆動するように構成されるとともに、パルス超音波信号の伝達と、連続超音波信号の伝達と、の間で切り替えるように構成され、
前記パルスモードは、第1の期間に少なくともゼロよりも大きい第1の周波数を適用することと、第2の期間に、前記第1の周波数とは異なるとともにゼロ以上である第2の周波数を適用すること、を備え、
前記第1の期間および前記第2の期間は、前記パルスモードにおけるパルス周期よりも長い
システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、
前記パルスモードは、約50%のデューティサイクルを有する、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、
前記パルスモードは、約60ないし70%のデューティサイクルを有する、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、
前記パルスモードは、約30ないし40%のデューティサイクルを有する、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、

前記超音波ドライバは、所定範囲の超音波周波数において前記超音波伝達デバイスをパルスモードおよび連続モードで駆動するように構成されるとともに、パルス超音波信号の伝達と、連続超音波信号の伝達と、の間で切り替えるように構成された
システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムであって、
前記超音波ドライバは、所定範囲の超音波周波数で連続的に掃引することによって前記超音波伝達デバイスを駆動するように構成される、システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムであって、
前記超音波周波数の前記所定範囲は、約1kHzないし10MHzの間にある、システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムであって、
前記超音波周波数の前記所定範囲は、約10kHzないし50kHzの間にある、システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムであって、
前記超音波周波数の前記所定範囲は、約18kHzないし22kHzの間にある、システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムであって、
前記超音波周波数の前記所定範囲は、前記超音波伝達デバイスの少なくとも1つの共振周波数を含む、システム。 - 請求項16に記載のシステムであって、
