Description
[冷却ファンの取付構造の構成]
まず、図1から図6を参照して、第1実施形態に係る冷却ファンの取付構造の構成について説明する。図1は第1実施形態に係る冷却ファンの取付構造の正面図である。図2は第1実施形態に係る冷却用ファンの取付構造の反出力側端面図である。図3は第1実施形態に係る冷却用ファンの取付構造の要部拡大図である。
次に、図1から図5を参照して、第1実施形態に係る冷却ファンの取付構造の作用について説明する。
次に、図7を参照して、第2実施形態に係る冷却ファンの取付構造について説明する。図7は第2実施形態に係る冷却用ファンの取付構造の要部拡大図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一構成の部材については、同一の符号を付して説明する。

Claims (4)
- サーボモータの通風カバーに冷却ファンを取り付ける冷却ファンの取付構造であって、
前記通風カバーと前記冷却ファンとの間に介設され、切欠き孔を有するファン取付板と、
前記ファン取付板の前記切欠き孔に支持される筒体状の防振材と、
を有し、
前記防振材を介して、前記通風カバーに前記冷却ファンを固定し、
前記ファン取付板の前記通風カバー側に、雌ねじ部を有するベース板を有し、該雌ねじ部に前記筒体状の防振材に挿通させた取付ボルトを螺合固定し、
前記ベース板と前記ファン取付板は、それぞれ位置決め溝部を有し、該位置決め溝部によって前記ベース板の前記雌ねじ部と前記ファン取付板の前記切欠き孔とがそれぞれの孔の中心軸を一致させて軸線方向に連なることを特徴とする冷却ファンの取付構造。 - 前記筒体状の防振材に挿通させた取付ボルトを前記通風カバーに挿通させ、該通風カバーの内側から前記取付ボルトにナットを螺合して、固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却ファンの取付構造。
- 前記防振材は、円筒部の両端にリング板部を有する段付き防振材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の冷却用ファンの取付構造。
- 前記段付き防振材は、ゴム製グロメットであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷却用ファンの取付構造。
