「第1実施例」
図5を参照して第1実施例を説明する。第1実施例は、スタビライザ1全体を熱処理してスタビライザ1全体の硬度を高くする全体熱処理工程44と、連結部4Dを加熱して連結部4Dの硬度を低くする連結部軟化工程45と、を行うことにより、連結部4Dの硬度を本体部21の硬度よりも低くする製造方法である。
図6(a)を参照して第2実施例を説明する。第2実施例は、本体部21のみを熱処理する本体部熱処理工程47を含む本体部硬化工程46により、連結部4Dの硬度を本体部21の硬度よりも低くする例である。第2実施例の本体部硬化工程46は、全体加熱工程42と、本体部熱処理工程47と、連結部徐冷工程48と、から構成される。
図6(b)を参照して第3実施例を説明する。第3実施例も、本体部21のみを熱処理する本体部熱処理工程47を含む本体部硬化工程46により、連結部4Dの硬度を本体部21の硬度よりも低くする例である。第3実施例の本体部硬化工程46は、本体部21のみを加熱する本体部加熱工程49と、本体部熱処理工程47と、から構成される。

Claims (8)
- 弾性復元力を生じさせる本体部と、
前記本体部の両端に形成され、左右のサスペンション装置と連結する連結部と、
を備えたスタビライザであって、
前記連結部の硬度が前記本体部の硬度よりも低いことを特徴とするスタビライザ。 - 弾性復元力を生じさせる本体部と、
前記本体部の両端に形成され、左右のサスペンション装置と連結する連結部と、
を備えたスタビライザの製造方法であって、
前記連結部を加熱して連結部の硬度を低くする連結部軟化工程により、
前記連結部の硬度が前記本体部の硬度よりも低いスタビライザを製造することを特徴とするスタビライザの製造方法。 - 前記連結部軟化工程の前に、
スタビライザ全体を熱処理してスタビライザ全体の硬度を高くする全体熱処理工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスタビライザの製造方法。 - 前記連結部軟化工程は、前記連結部を高周波加熱或いは通電加熱する構成であることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載のスタビライザの製造方法。
- 弾性復元力を生じさせる本体部と、
前記本体部の両端に形成され、左右のサスペンション装置と連結する連結部と、
を備えたスタビライザの製造方法であって、
前記本体部のみを熱処理する本体部熱処理工程を含み本体部の硬度を高くする本体部硬化工程により、
前記連結部の硬度が前記本体部の硬度よりも低いスタビライザを製造することを特徴とするスタビライザの製造方法。 - 前記本体部硬化工程は、
スタビライザ全体を加熱する全体加熱工程と、
前記本体部熱処理工程と、
前記連結部を前記本体部よりも徐冷する連結部徐冷工程と、
がその順序で行われる構成であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスタビライザの製造方法。 - 前記本体部硬化工程は、
本体部のみを加熱する本体部加熱工程と、
前記本体部熱処理工程と、
がその順序で行われる構成であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスタビライザの製造方法。 - 前記本体部加熱工程は、
前記本体部を高周波加熱或いは通電加熱する構成であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスタビライザの製造方法。
