Claims (1)
- 1次巻線および2次巻線を有するトランスと、
交互にオン・オフする少なくとも一対の1次側スイッチを有してブリッジ型に構成されると共に前記1次巻線に接続されたスイッチング回路と、
フルブリッジ型に構成された4つの整流素子を有して前記2次巻線に接続されると共に当該4つの整流素子のうちの基準電位側の一対の整流素子が2次側スイッチでそれぞれ構成されて、前記2次巻線に誘起した交流電圧を直流電圧に変換して出力する交直変換回路と、
前記一対の1次側スイッチを一定のデッドタイム期間を設けた状態で交互にオン・オフさせると共に、前記一対の2次側スイッチのうちの一方の2次側スイッチを前記一対の1次側スイッチのうちの一方の1次側スイッチに同期させてオン・オフさせ、かつ当該一対の2次側スイッチのうちの他方の2次側スイッチを当該一対の1次側スイッチのうちの他方の1次側スイッチに同期させてオン・オフさせる制御回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記一方の1次側スイッチのオン期間の直前に設けられた前記デッドタイム期間の始期よりも若干早く前記一方の2次側スイッチをオン状態に移行させると共に、少なくとも当該一方の1次側スイッチのオン期間の直後に設けられた前記デッドタイム期間の終期までの一定時間に亘って当該オン状態を維持させ、かつ前記他方の1次側スイッチのオン期間の直前に設けられた前記デッドタイム期間の始期よりも若干早く前記他方の2次側スイッチをオン状態に移行させると共に、少なくとも当該他方の1次側スイッチのオン期間の直後に設けられた前記デッドタイム期間の終期までの一定時間に亘って当該オン状態を維持させる電流共振型DCDCコンバータ。
