Description
図1及び図2に示されるように、本実施形態に係る取付構造10では、自動車(車両)12のキャビン(車室)14の車両後方に、当該自動車12を駆動するための電力を蓄える大容量のバッテリ16が配置(搭載)されている。この自動車12は、所謂プラグインハイブリッド車であるが、通常のハイブリッド車、電気自動車、燃料電池ハイブリッド車等に対しても本取付構造10を適用することができる。
次に、本実施形態の作用及び効果について説明する。
なお、上記実施形態において、自動車12の後突時におけるメインブラケット48の車両前後方向の変形ストロークを、バッテリ16とリヤシートバック36との間の隙間における車両前後方向の寸法と同等以下に設定してもよい。これにより、後突時にバッテリ16がリヤシートバック36と干渉することを防止又は抑制できるので、後席乗員の生存空間の確保に一層寄与する。

Claims (5)
- 車室の車両後方に配置されたバッテリケースと、
車体後部のサイド部に設けられ、車両前後方向に延在するリヤサイドメンバと、
前記バッテリケースに固定されると共に、車両前後方向に並んだ低強度部と高強度部とを有し、前記低強度部及び前記高強度部における車両前後方向の各両端側で前記リヤサイドメンバに固定され、前記低強度部が前記高強度部に比し車両前後方向の荷重に対する強度を低く設定されたブラケットと、
を備えた車両駆動用バッテリの取付構造。 - 前記リヤサイドメンバは、車両前後方向において、前記低強度部が配置された区間に位置する部位が、前記高強度部が配置された区間に位置する部位に比し、車両前後方向の荷重に対して変形し易くなっている請求項1に記載の車両駆動用バッテリの取付構造。
- 前記ブラケットは、前記低強度部に対して車両後方に配置された前記高強度部を有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両駆動用バッテリの取付構造。
- 前記ブラケットは、前記バッテリに比し車両前後方向の寸法が小さく設定されると共に、前記バッテリに対して後端部寄りに配置されている請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両駆動用バッテリの取付構造。
- 前記低強度部は、前記高強度部に比し車両前後方向の寸法が大きく設定されている請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両駆動用バッテリの取付構造。
