Claims (5)
- ポートと当該ポートを囲む第一弁座を備えた弁座部材と、上記弁座部材に設けた軸部材と、上記軸部材に対し軸方向移動可能に装着されて上記第一弁座に離着座するとともに反弁座部材側に第二弁座を備えた環状の主弁体と、上記軸部材に装着されて上記第二弁座に離着座する副弁体と、上記主弁体と上記副弁体との間であって上記第二弁座の内周側に形成される弁体間室と、上記ポートと上記弁体間室とを連通するとともに通過流体の流れに抵抗を与える制限通路と、上記主弁体を上記弁座部材側へ附勢する主弁体附勢手段と、上記副弁体を主弁体側へ附勢する附勢手段とを備え、上記主弁体と上記軸部材との間に設けた環状隙間によって上記制限通路が形成されることを特徴とする減衰弁。
- 上記主弁体附勢手段は、上記軸部材に固定される皿ばねであって、上記主弁体に上記皿ばねの外周が遊びをもって嵌合する突部を設け、上記主弁体附勢手段は、上記主弁体を径方向へ位置決めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記第一弁座および上記第二弁座は、環状であって、当該第一弁座の内径より上記第二弁座の内径を大径に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記附勢手段は、上記副弁体の反主弁体側に設けた背圧室を備え、当該背圧室内の圧力で上記副弁体を附勢することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記背圧室に、上記ポートの上流側の圧力を減圧して導くパイロット通路を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の減衰弁。
