Claims (21)
- i)フッ化物イオンの供給源、
ii)カルシウムイオンの供給源、
iii)リン酸イオンの供給源、及び
iv)安定化二酸化塩素
を含む口腔ケア組成物であって、
前記フッ化物イオンの供給源が、モノフルオロリン酸二ナトリウム、フルオロリン酸二カリウム、フルオロリン酸カルシウム、フルオロリン酸アンモニウム、又はこれらの2種以上の任意の組合せから選択されるフルオロリン酸であり、
前記カルシウムイオンの供給源及び前記リン酸イオンの供給源が粒子のアパタイト種を含む、及び
前記組成物のpHが、6.0から8.0の間である、
上記口腔ケア組成物。 - 前記粒子のアパタイト種がアパタイト粒子を含み、前記アパタイト粒子が100nm未満のサイズを有するクリスタリットを含む、請求項1に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記アパタイト種が、式M5(PO4)3X[式中、Mは、Ca、Sr、Zn又はMgであり、XはF、Cl又はOHである]に基づく、請求項2に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記アパタイト種が、置換若しくは非置換ヒドロキシアパタイト又は置換若しくは非置換フッ素アパタイトである、請求項2又は3に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記アパタイト種が、カルシウムヒドロキシアパタイト、ストロンチウムヒドロキシアパタイト、カルシウム炭酸水素化アパタイト、ストロンチウム炭酸水素化アパタイト、カルシウムフッ素アパタイト、ストロンチウムフッ素アパタイト、ストロンチウムカルシウム混合アパタイト若しくはヒドロキシフッ素混合アパタイト、亜鉛置換ヒドロキシアパタイト、亜鉛炭酸化ヒドロキシアパタイト、亜鉛フッ素アパタイト、リン酸オクタカルシウム、又はこれらの任意の2種以上の混合物から選択される、請求項2又は3に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記アパタイト種が、前記組成物の0.5から25重量%の量で存在し、及び/又は前記アパタイト種が、前記粒子の質量の少なくとも15%が5ミクロン未満のサイズを有するような粒子サイズ分布を有し、及びアパタイトのクリスタリットサイズは、30から50nmである、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記フッ化物イオンの供給源がモノフルオロリン酸二ナトリウムである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記フッ化物イオンの供給源が、前記組成物中で20から1500ppmの間のフッ化物イオン濃度を提供する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記組成物が練り歯磨きとして使用される場合、フッ化物濃度は300から1500ppmの間である、請求項8に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記組成物が洗口剤として使用される場合、遊離であり、反応及び再石灰化プロセスにおける関与のために利用可能であるフッ化物イオンの量は5から500ppmの間である、請求項8に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 緩衝剤系をさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記緩衝剤系が、酢酸塩、炭酸塩、クエン酸塩又はリン酸塩を含有する種から選択される1種又は複数種を含む、請求項11に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記組成物が洗口剤又は含嗽剤である場合、直鎖状多糖類ポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記直鎖状多糖類ポリマーは、単糖上の1つ又は複数のヒドロキシル基が、カルボキシル基、アシル基又はスルファート基から選択される基を含む官能基で置換されている直鎖状多糖類ガムである、請求項13に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記口腔ケア組成物が、練り歯磨き、口腔スプレー、洗口剤又は含嗽剤配合物の形態である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 医療目的で対象の口腔内にガス状二酸化塩素を発生させるための組成物であって、安定化二酸化塩素溶液、アパタイト種及びフッ化物イオンの供給源を含み、
前記フッ化物イオンの供給源が、モノフルオロリン酸二ナトリウム、フルオロリン酸二カリウム、フルオロリン酸カルシウム、フルオロリン酸アンモニウム、又はこれらの2種以上の任意の組合せから選択される、
上記組成物。 - 前記安定化二酸化塩素溶液が、0.05%から2.0%(w/v)の間の濃度を有する、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 前記医療目的が、歯及び口腔粘膜の外観を変える又は不快な臭い、歯の再石灰化、象牙質知覚過敏症を改めるために、歯及び口腔粘膜を清浄にすること、歯及び口腔粘膜を芳香で満たすこと又は歯及び口腔粘膜を保護すること、及びそれらの医療目的の組合せである、請求項16又は17に記載の組成物。
- 対象の歯及び口腔粘膜を清浄にする、又はそれらを芳香で満たす又はそれらを保護するための医薬の製造のための、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の口腔ケア組成物の使用。
- 前記アパタイト粒子は、それらの少なくとも50質量%が5ミクロン未満のサイズを有するようなサイズ分布を有する、請求項2に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記口腔ケア組成物が練り歯磨きの形態である、及び、前記アパタイト種がナノ結晶性ヒドロキシアパタイトである、及び、前記アパタイト粒子が0.1から5ミクロンの間の寸法を有するおよそ球形の粒子を形成する、請求項15に記載の口腔ケア組成物。
