Claims (1)
- 加工工具と被加工物との相対的な位置関係を3次元で変化させ、前記加工工具により前記被加工物を切削加工して人工歯を作製する人工歯作製装置において、
XYZ直交座標系のX軸方向およびZ軸方向に移動するとともに、加工工具を前記XYZ直交座標系の前記Z軸周りで回転させる加工手段と、
前記XYZ直交座標系のY軸方向に移動するとともに、被加工物に設けられたピンが挿入されて前記被加工物を固定可能な5つの孔がX軸方向に沿って設けられ、前記孔に前記ピンを挿入することにより、前記X軸方向に沿って複数の前記被加工物を保持する保持部材がX軸周りに回転自在に配設される保持手段と
を有し、
前記保持部材は、前記保持手段において前記X軸周りに回転する回転手段に取り付けられる支軸と、前記支軸の一方の端部に形成された板状部材と、前記板状部材に形成されるとともに前記X軸方向に延長した面を備えた固定部材とを有して構成され、
前記保持部材の前記5つ孔は、前記固定部材の前記面に設けられ、
前記面に設けられた前記5つの孔は、第1の孔、第2の孔、第3の孔、第4の孔、第5の孔の順番で前記X軸に沿って形成され、
前記第1の孔と前記第3の孔とは第1の間隔を空けて配設されるとともに、前記第3の孔と前記第5の孔とは前記第1の間隔を空けて配設され、
前記第1の孔と前記第2の孔とは前記第1の間隔より小さい第2の間隔を空けて配設され、前記第2の孔と前記第4の孔とは前記第2の間隔を空けて配設され、前記第4の孔と前記第5の孔とは前記第2の間隔を空けて配設され、
前記第1の孔、前記第3の孔、前記第5の孔にそれぞれ、前記被加工物に設けられた前記ピンを挿入して固定することにより、前記保持部材に3つの前記被加工物を保持させ、
前記第1の孔、前記第2の孔、前記第4の孔、前記第5の孔にそれぞれ、前記被加工物に設けられた前記ピンを挿入して固定することにより、前記保持部材に4つの前記被加工物を保持させる
ことが可能となることを特徴とする人工歯作製装置。
