Protrusions 233a projecting inward are provided at the tips.

The power supply device 24 includes a power supply board 241 and a storage case 242 for storing the power supply board 241. The power supply board 241 includes a printed board 241a formed in a rectangular plate shape that is long in the front-rear direction. The printed board 241a includes circuit components (for example, a transformer, a diode, a capacitor, and the like) that are required to generate at least the lighting power of the LED 222. Etc.) 241b is implemented. Moreover, the power supply board 241 has a male connector 243 electrically connected via three electric wires 244 as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, the storage case 242 is formed in a rectangular box shape having one surface (a surface facing the bottom surface portion 211 of the mounting member 21) and long in the front-rear direction, and the opening side is the bottom surface of the mounting member 21. It attaches to the side part 212 of the attachment member 21 using a screw etc. so that it may oppose the part 211, for example.

Here, FIG. 1A is a perspective view in which a part of the terminal base 25 and the pull switch 26 are attached to the instrument body 1, and FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view thereof. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 2A, the terminal block 25 has a female connector 251 that is detachably connected to the male connector 243 of the power supply device 24. The female connector 251 includes Three electric wires 252 are connected. Of these, the ends of the two electric wires 252 are connected to the output end of the terminal block 25, and the end of the remaining one electric wire 252 is connected to one end of the contact 261 built in the pull switch 26. In addition, an electric wire 253 is connected to the other end of the contact 261, and the other end of the electric wire 253 is connected to an output end of the terminal block 25.

The pull switch 26 has a pull string 262 as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, and the contact 261 is closed or opened by pulling the pull string 262. This drawstring 262 is in a state of being suspended through a hole 121 provided in the inclined surface 12 of one side of the instrument body 1 (left side in FIG. 1A) (see FIG. 1B).

When the pull string 262 is pulled to close the contact 261, the AC power supplied from the power line 3 is input to the power supply 24 via the female connector 251 and the male connector 243, and the power supply 24 generates the generated DC. Electric power is supplied to the substrate 22, and the LED 222 is lit by this supplied electric power. When the pull string 262 is pulled to open the contact 261, the AC power is not input to the power supply 24, power supply from the power supply 24 to the substrate 22 is stopped, and the LED 222 is turned off. That is, in the lighting fixture A of the present embodiment, a function (function related to the light source) for turning on / off the power supply to the LED 222 by the pull switch 26 can be added, and the pull switch 26 constitutes a functional component.

Here, in the present embodiment, the first electric wire is constituted by the electric wires 252 and 253 connected to the terminal block 25, and the first connector is constituted by the female connector 251 provided at the tip of the first electric wire. In the present embodiment, the second electric wire is connected by the electric wire 244 connected to the power supply device 24, and the second connector is constituted by the male connector 243 provided at the tip of the second electric wire.

Next, the assembly procedure of the light source unit 2 will be described. First, the operator attaches the power supply device 24 to the upper surface side of the bottom surface portion 211 of the attachment member 21, and further fixes the substrate 22 to the bottom surface portion 211 of the attachment member 21 with the locking claws. Thereafter, the operator passes the electric wire led out from the connector 223 of the board 22 through the hole 211 a provided in the bottom surface portion 211 of the mounting member 21, and connects the end portion to the power supply device 24.

Finally, the operator attaches the cover member 23 to the attachment member 21 with the opening side facing upward. At this time, the protrusions 233 a provided on the respective protruding wall portions 233 of the cover member 23 engage with the inclined portions 212 a provided on the respective side surface portions 212 of the attachment member 21, so that the cover member 23 is attached to the attachment member 21. It is done. The light source unit 2 is assembled according to the above procedure.

Then, the construction procedure of the lighting fixture A is demonstrated. In the following description, it is assumed that the terminal block 25 and the pull switch 26 are attached to the instrument body 1 in advance. First, the operator passes the power line 3 (see FIG. 1 (a)) wired in advance on the back of the ceiling through the hole 111a of the instrument body 1, and further passes the suspension bolt 200 exposed to the indoor side through the hole 111b. After that, the nut 300 is screwed into the suspension bolt 200 to fix the fixture body 1 to the ceiling material 100.

Thereafter, the operator connects the end of the power supply line 3 to the terminal block 25, and further connects the female connector 251 of the terminal block 25 and the male connector 243 of the power supply device 24. And finally, the operator can arrange the light source unit 24 with a fitting structure (not shown) provided in the instrument body 1 and the mounting member 21, respectively, so that the power supply device 24 is accommodated in the recess 11 of the instrument body 1. 2 is attached to the instrument body 1. The lighting fixture A is constructed on the ceiling according to the above procedure (see FIGS. 4 and 5).

In this lighting fixture A, the contact 261 of the pull switch 26 is interposed between the terminal block 25 and the power supply device 24. When the pulling cord 262 is pulled and the contact 261 is closed, the power supply to the power supply device 24 is started, and the power supply The LED 222 is lit by DC power generated by the device 24. When the pull string 262 is pulled again and the contact 261 is opened, the power supply to the power supply device 24 is stopped and the LED 222 is turned off. In other words, the LED 222 can be switched on / off by connecting the pull switch 26, which is a functional component, between the terminal block 25 and the power supply device 24.

According to the lighting fixture A of the present embodiment, by connecting the pull switch 26 between the terminal block 25 and the power supply device 24, it is possible to add a function for turning on / off the power supply to the light source unit 2, and Since it is only necessary to connect the pull switch 26 between the terminal block 25 and the power supply device 24, an increase in cost and an increase in work man-hours can be suppressed. Moreover, when the pull switch 26 which is a functional component is attached to the appliance main body 1 like the lighting fixture A of this embodiment, the electric wire 252 connecting between the terminal block 25 attached to the appliance main body 1. The length of 253 can be shortened.

In the present embodiment, the pull switch 26 is a functional component. However, for example, sensors such as a human sensor or a brightness sensor may be used, and an emergency lighting device that is turned on in an emergency or a dimming signal is output. A dimmer or the like may be used.

FIG. 2B is a schematic block diagram when the sensor 27 is a functional component. In this case, the female connector 271 connected to the sensor 27 is connected to the male connector 291 of the connection cable 29, and the male connector 243 connected to the power supply device 24 is connected to the female connector 292 of the connection cable 29. The male connector 272 connected to the sensor 27 is connected to the female connector 282 of the connection cable 28, and the female connector 251 connected to the terminal block 25 is connected to the male connector 281 of the connection cable 28.

By connecting as described above, the power supply to the power supply device 24 can be turned on / off according to the detection result of the sensor 27. Moreover, since it is only necessary to connect the connectors as described above, the addition of the sensor 27 (functional component) or the direct connection of the power source can be easily switched.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the pull switch 26 which is a functional component is attached to the instrument main body 1, but the pull switch 26 may be attached to the light source unit 2, and is not limited to this embodiment.

Further, in the present embodiment, the terminal block 25 and the pull switch 26 are connected by the electric wire 253 and the female connector 251 and the pull switch 26 are connected by the electric wire 252, but for example, the female connector of the terminal block 25 is used. A pull connector 26 is provided with a male connector (first connection portion) connected to the H.251 and a female connector (second connection portion) connected to the male connector 243 of the power supply device 24. The terminal block 25 and the pull switch 26 and the power supply device 24 and the pull switch 26 may be connected by connectors.

In this case, when the pull switch 26 is added, the connection between the female connector 251 of the terminal block 25 and the male connector 243 of the power supply device 24 is released, and the female connector 251 of the terminal block 25 is connected to the male connector of the pull switch 26. It is only necessary to connect the male connector 243 of the power supply device 24 to the female connector of the pull switch 26 while connecting to the connector, and the function can be easily added.
