Claims (9)
- エンジンと電動機とが異なる回転軸心上に配置され、
前記電動機のロータ軸と共通の回転軸心まわりに回転可能に配置され、該電動機のロータ軸と動力伝達可能に接続され、且つ、前記エンジンからの動力が伝達されるドリブンギヤが形成されているドリブンギヤ軸と、前記電動機のロータ軸と共通の回転軸心まわりに回転可能に配置され、該ロータ軸に動力伝達可能に接続され、且つ、駆動輪に動力伝達可能に接続されている出力軸とを、備え、
前記ロータ軸、前記ドリブンギヤ軸、および前記出力軸は、別体で構成され、
前記エンジンからの動力を前記ドリブンギヤ軸、前記ロータ軸、および前記出力軸を介して前記駆動輪に伝達するハイブリッド車両の駆動装置であって、
前記ロータ軸は、第1の軸受によって回転可能に支持され、
前記ドリブンギヤ軸は、前記ロータ軸側に向かって軸方向に延設され、
前記ドリブンギヤ軸の延設された部位に第2の軸受が配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第1の軸受の内径は、前記ドリブンギヤ軸の前記ドリブンギヤの外径よりも小さく構成され、
前記ロータ軸と前記ドリブンギヤ軸との間には、相互に相対回転不能に嵌合する嵌合部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第1の軸受の外輪が非回転部材であるケースにしまりばめ状態ないし中間ばめ状態で嵌め着けられ、
前記第2の軸受の内輪が、前記ドリブンギヤ軸にしまりばめ状態ないし中間ばめ状態で嵌め着けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記ドリブンギヤ軸の内周側に前記出力軸が配置され、
前記ドリブンギヤ軸の外周に前記第2の軸受が配置されることで、前記ドリブンギヤ軸が回転可能に支持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記ドリブンギヤ軸の内周と前記出力軸の外周との間に、第3の軸受が介挿されていることを特徴とする請求項4のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 前記出力軸の内周側に前記ドリブンギヤ軸が配置され、
前記出力軸の内周と前記ドリブンギヤ軸の外周との間に、前記第2の軸受が介挿されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記出力軸の外周に第3の軸受が配置されることで、前記出力軸が回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項6のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 前記ロータ軸の両端に前記ドリブンギヤ軸および前記出力軸がぞれぞれ配置されるとともに、互いに動力伝達可能に接続され、
前記ドリブンギヤ軸が前記第2の軸受によって回転可能に支持され、
前記出力軸が第3の軸受によって回転可能に支持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第2の軸受と前記第3の軸受とは、少なくとも一部が径方向で重複する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5または7のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
