Description
(実施形態)
本実施形態に係る固体電解コンデンサの構成について、図1〜図2を用いて説明する。
図1に示すように、陽極1は、陽極リード1aの一部が埋め込まれ、タンタル粉末を焼結した多孔質体からなる。また、陽極1は、4.5mm×3.3mm×1.0mmの直方体の形状を有しており、側面(3.3mm×1.0mm)に陽極リード1aが埋設されている。
実施例2では、酸化剤溶液として5wt%のシュウ酸バナジル、1wt%の硫酸及び水からなる溶液を用いた。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサA2を作製した。
実施例3では、酸化剤溶液として20wt%の過酸化水素、1wt%の五酸化バナジウム、1wt%の硫酸及び水からなる溶液を用いた。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサA3を作製した。
実施例4では、酸化剤溶液として20wt%の過酸化水素、1wt%の三塩化チタン、1wt%の硫酸及び水からなる溶液を用いた。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサA4を作製した。
実施例5では、酸化剤溶液として20wt%のパラトルエンスルホン酸鉄、1wt%の五酸化バナジウム及びブタノールからなる溶液を用いた。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサA5を作製した。
比較例1では、酸化剤溶液として20wt%のパラトルエンスルホン酸鉄及びブタノールからなる溶液を用いた。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサY1を作製した。
(固体電解コンデンサの特性の評価)
上述の実施例1〜5及び比較例1で得られた各固体電解コンデンサ素子A1〜A5,Y1について、それぞれ92個形成し、それらについての漏れ電流を測定した。

Claims (6)
- 陽極と、
前記陽極上に形成された誘電体層と、
前記誘電体層上に形成された固体電解質層とを備え、
前記固体電解質層は、弁作用金属の酸化物と弁作用金属の塩を含有することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 - 前記弁作用金属の塩は、バナジル化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記バナジル化合物は、硫酸バナジル又はシュウ酸バナジルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記弁作用金属の酸化物は、誘電体層の欠陥部に存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 陽極と、
前記陽極上に形成された誘電体層と、
前記誘電体層上に形成された固体電解質層とを備え、
前記固体電解質層は、五酸化バナジウムを含有する固体電解コンデンサ。 - 前記五酸化バナジウムは、誘電体層の欠陥部に存在することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
