Claims (5)
- シリンダの内周面に開口する掃気ポートを有する2ストロークエンジンのシリンダ潤滑装置であって、
シリンダブロックおよび前記シリンダブロックに装着されて前記シリンダの内周面を画成すると共に下端が前記シリンダブロックからクランク室側に突出するシリンダスリーブを有する機関本体と、
前記シリンダスリーブの前記シリンダブロックから突出する部分の外周面に装着される環帯状の油路形成部材と、
前記シリンダブロックに形成され、潤滑油供給手段に接続される本体側潤滑油供給路と、
下死点に位置するピストンのトップリングよりも下側の部分に向けて開口するように前記シリンダスリーブに形成された複数の潤滑油供給孔と、
前記油路形成部材と前記シリンダスリーブとの間に環状に形成され、前記本体側潤滑油供給路と前記複数の潤滑油供給孔とを連通させる環状油路とを備え、
前記複数の潤滑油供給孔は、スラスト側および反スラスト側において他の部位に比べて供給する潤滑油量を多くするように構成されていることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジンのシリンダ潤滑装置。 - 前記複数の潤滑油供給孔が、下死点に位置するピストンのオイルリングよりも上側の部分に向けて開口することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2ストロークエンジンのシリンダ潤滑装置。
- 前記複数の潤滑油供給孔は、前記シリンダの周方向に等間隔に配置され、スラスト側および反スラスト側に配置される潤滑油供給孔の孔径が他の部位に配置される潤滑油供給孔の孔径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の2ストロークエンジンのシリンダ潤滑装置。
- 前記複数の潤滑油供給孔は、同一の孔径を有し、スラスト側および反スラスト側において他の部位よりも狭い間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の2ストロークエンジンのシリンダ潤滑装置。
- 前記環状油路の上方および下方における前記油路形成部材と前記シリンダスリーブとの間にはシール部材が装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の2ストロークエンジンのシリンダ潤滑装置。
