Claims (4)
- ケイ素が10.5質量%以上13質量%以下で、
かつ、ニッケルが1.5質量%以上3質量%以下で、
かつ、銅が2質量%以上5.5質量%以下で、
かつ、マグネシウムが0.1質量%以上0.6質量%以下で、
かつ、リンが0.002質量%以上0.02質量%以下で、
かつ、チタンが0.05質量%以上0.3質量%以下で、
かつ、ジルコニウムが0.05質量%以上0.2質量%以下で、
かつ、バナジウムが0.05質量%以上0.2質量%以下で、
かつ、鉄が0質量%以上0.8質量%以下で、かつ、マンガンを0質量%以上0.1質量%以下で、かつ、残部がアルミニウムと不可避不純物からなることを特徴とするアルミニウム合金。 - マグネシウムの含有量をCmg質量%とし、銅の含有量をCcu質量%としたときに、「0.51−0.12×Ccu≦Cmg≦1.11−0.12×Ccu」の関係を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 更に、鉄の含有量を0.4質量%以上0.5質量%以下の範囲に、かつ、マンガンの含有量を0.08質量%以上0.1質量%以下の範囲にすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 鉄の含有量が0.4質量%未満の場合には、マンガンを添加しないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアルミニウム合金。
