図5を用いて、本発明の第一の実施例を説明する。この例は、前述した第1の実施形態に相当する例である。より具体的には、図5は図1〜4のブレーカ部6・冗長経路部7に相当する部位の実施例を示している。図5(a)(b)はそれぞれブレーカ部6の接続状態・切断状態に相当している。
図6・図7を用いて、本発明の実施例2を説明する。この例は、前述した第2の実施形態に相当する例である。実施例1と同様の機能を有する部位には同じ記号を付し、説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 湾曲変形部と、該湾曲変形部の一部に接続している変形力伝達機構と、該変形力伝達機構に加わる張力を制御することによって、前記湾曲変形部に変形力もしくは形状保持力を与える操作部とを有し、
前記変形力伝達機構は、第1の変形力伝達経路と、該第1の変形力伝達経路よりも長距離の第2の変形力伝達経路を備え、
前記変形力伝達機構の一部が開放されていない場合には、前記第1の変形力伝達経路を通じて前記操作部からの変形力もしくは形状保持力を前記湾曲変形部に伝達し、前記第1の変形力伝達経路に所定値以上の張力が印加された場合に、前記第1の伝達経路の一部が開放され、以後、前記第2の伝達経路を通じて前記操作部からの変形力もしくは形状保持力を前記湾曲変形部に伝達することを特徴とすることを特徴とする医療器具。 - 前記第1の伝達経路の一部は、前記第2の伝達経路の一部と共通の経路であり、前記第1の変形力伝達経路に所定値以上の張力が印加された場合に、該共通の経路以外の部分が開放されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記変形力伝達機構の一部が開放されたことを検出する機構を有する請求項1または2に記載の医療器具。
- 前記変形力伝達機構の一部が開放されたことをユーザに報知する機構を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2の変形力伝達経路は、それぞれワイヤを含んで成り、前記第1および第2の変形力伝達経路のワイヤは互いに並列に接続されるとともに、前記第1の変形力伝達経路のワイヤは、前記第2の変形力伝達経路のワイヤよりも短く、かつ、引っ張り破断強度が小さい部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具。
