Description
また、前記載置台と前記基台とを相対移動させたときに前記シール部材への前記載置台と前記基台との密接状態が維持されるため、液体の充満空間からの漏れが確実に防止され、かつ充満空間への空気の侵入も合わせて防止される。
Claims (3)
- 被支持物が載置される載置台と、
該載置台との間に隙間が形成されるように配置される基台と、
弾性を有し且つ前記載置台と該基台との間に配置される環状の少なくとも一つのシール部材と、
前記載置台と前記基台との分離を防止するための分離防止構造とを備え、
前記基台と前記載置台とは、互いに対向する対向面を有し、
該シール部材は、前記載置台又は前記基台の一方に形成され且つ前記載置台又は前記基台の他方に向けて開放する環状の配置溝内に配置され、
前記載置台と前記基台との間で該シール部材に取り囲まれた充満空間が液体で満たされた状態で密封され、
前記シール部材は、前記載置台を前記基台との間に隙間をあけて支持し且つ前記載置台と前記基台との隙間を小さくすべく圧縮可能に構成され、
前記分離防止構造は、前記シール部材への前記載置台と前記基台との密接状態が維持される範囲内で、前記基台と前記載置台とが互いの対向面を接離させる相対運動、及び前記基台の対向面と前記載置台の対向面とが接離する方向に直交する方向における前記載置台と前記基台との相対移動を可能とするように構成される

該複数のシール部材のそれぞれは、単一の前記載置台と単一の前記基台との間に配置され、
複数のシール部材のそれぞれが取り囲む領域内に前記充満空間が形成される
請求項1に記載の重量物支持装置。 - 前記充満空間内の液体の圧力を制御する圧力制御構造を備え、
該圧力制御構造は、充満空間に連通し且つ液体で満たされた状態で密封された空間である貯蔵空間が内部に形成される調整室を有し、
該調整室は、貯蔵空間内の圧力変更を可能に構成される
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の重量物支持装置。
