Description
Claims (10)
- 運搬用車両で使用するための、蒸気発生装置を備えるスチームオーブンであって、前記蒸気発生装置は:
オーブン空洞と;
前記オーブン空洞内に位置し、オーブン空洞を加熱するように構成されたオーブン熱発生システムと;
前記オーブン空洞の外側に設けられ、蒸気供給システムと流体接続された貯水容器であって、その中に水を溜めるように構成され、且つ、溜まっている水を前記オーブン熱発生システムから伝達された熱で加熱することによりその中で蒸気を発生させるように構成された貯水容器とを備え、
前記貯水容器は、貯水容器内の水が前記オーブン熱発生システムから伝達される熱によって貯水容器内で蒸気となるように、前記オーブン熱発生システムに極めて近接する位置に配置され、
前記蒸気供給システムは、前記貯水容器に流体接続している一端と前記オーブン空洞に流体接続している他端とを有し前記貯水容器内で発生した蒸気を前記オーブン空洞内に供給する管状の蒸気ベントを備えるスチームオーブン。 - 前記オーブン空洞は、内側の、オーブンに対向した側面と外側の、後部に対向した側面とを有するオーブンライナーを備え、
前記貯水容器は前記オーブンライナーの外側の後部に対向した側面に取り付けられ、
前記オーブン熱発生システムは、貯水容器内の水に直接又は間接的に熱を伝達して貯水容器内の水を蒸気に変化させる請求項1に記載のスチームオーブン。 - 前記貯水容器の少なくとも一つの壁が、前記オーブンライナーの外側の後部に対向した側面により形成されている請求項2に記載のスチームオーブン。
- 前記貯水容器に付随する充填バルブをさらに備える請求項1に記載のスチームオーブン。
- 前記貯水容器及び前記オーブン空洞の一方又は双方に付随する排水バルブをさらに備える請求項1に記載のスチームオーブン。
- 前記オーブン空洞に付随するファンをさらに備える請求項1に記載のスチームオーブン。
- 貯水容器水位センサ、制御用電気回路、フローメータ、又はこれらの組み合せをさらに備える請求項1に記載のスチームオーブン。
- 前記運搬用車両は航空機である請求項1に記載のスチームオーブン。
- 請求項1に記載のスチームオーブンを備える航空機。
- 運搬用車両に搭載されたスチームオーブン内で蒸気を発生させる方法であって、
(a)オーブン空洞と;
前記オーブン空洞内に位置し、オーブン空洞を加熱するよう構成されたオーブン熱発生システムと;
前記オーブン空洞の外側に設けられ、蒸気供給システムと流体接続している貯水容器であって、その中に水を溜めるように構成され、且つ、溜まっている水を前記オーブン熱発生システムから伝達された熱で加熱することによりその中で蒸気を発生させるように構成された貯水容器とを備え、
前記貯水容器は、貯水容器内の水が前記オーブン熱発生システムから伝達される熱によって貯水容器内で蒸気となるように、前記オーブン熱発生システムに極めて近接した位置に配置され、
前記蒸気供給システムは、前記貯水容器に流体接続している一端と前記オーブン空洞に流体接続している他端とを有し前記貯水容器内で発生した蒸気を前記オーブン空洞内に供給する管状の蒸気ベントを備える蒸気発生システムを提供することと、
(b)前記貯水容器に水を供給することと、
(c)前記オーブン熱発生システムに熱を供給することと、
(d)前記オーブン熱発生システムによって、熱を直接的に又は間接的に前記貯水容器に供給し、貯水容器内の水を加熱することにより貯水容器内で蒸気を発生させることと、
(e)前記貯水容器内で発生した蒸気を、前記蒸気供給システムの蒸気ベントを介して前記オーブン空洞に供給することとを含む方法。
