Claims (12)
- 基板と、
前記基板の下面に配された接地層と、
前記基板の上面に配され、放射する信号が給電されるパッチアンテナ部と、
前記パッチアンテナ部にショートされるショート・レッグを備え、前記パッチアンテナ部からの信号を放射する3次元構造アンテナ部と、を備え、
前記3次元構造アンテナ部は、
前記パッチアンテナ部と所定距離ほど離隔している平面パターン部と、
前記平面パターン部から前記パッチアンテナ部に向かって延びる前記ショート・レッグと、を備えてなり、
前記3次元構造アンテナ部は、
前記平面パターン部の一端から前記パッチアンテナ部に向かって延びる1つ以上のフローティング・レッグを備え、
前記1つ以上のフローティング・レッグは、前記ショート・レッグと共に前記平面パターン部を支えるように構成されるアンテナ構造体。 - 前記平面パターン部には、周波数チューニングのためのスリットパターンが形成され、
前記スリットパターンは、
前記平面パターン部の側部から引き込まれた溝状または前記平面パターン部を貫通する開口状である請求項1に記載のアンテナ構造体。 - 前記平面パターン部と前記パッチアンテナ部との間には、誘電体キャリアがさらに設けられた請求項1に記載のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記ショート・レッグは、前記誘電体キャリアの上面から側面に沿って下面まで延設された請求項3に記載のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記ショート・レッグは、
前記所定距離に対応する長さに突出した突出部と、
前記突出部で前記パッチアンテナ部の上面と平行な方向に折り曲げられて延びた接合部と、を備える請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ構造体。 - 前記3次元構造アンテナ部は、
前記ショート・レッグを介して両側に配された第1フローティング・レッグ及び第2フローティング・レッグを備える請求項1に記載のアンテナ構造体。 - 前記第1フローティング・レッグ及び第2フローティング・レッグは、前記基板に固設された請求項6に記載のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記第1フローティング・レッグ及び第2フローティング・レッグの端部は、前記基板と平行な方向に折り曲げられた形状を持つ請求項7に記載のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記基板上には、前記第1フローティング・レッグ及び第2フローティング・レッグが前記基板にそれぞれ接合される第1接合パッド及び第2接合パッドがさらに形成された請求項7に記載のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記パッチアンテナ部には、周波数チューニングのためのスリットパターンが形成され、
前記スリットパターンは、
前記平面パターン部の側部から引き込まれた溝状または前記平面パターン部を貫通する開口状である請求項1に記載のアンテナ構造体。 - 無線通信機能を持つ電子機器において、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ構造体を備える電子機器。 - 前記電子機器は金属構造物を備え、
前記アンテナ構造体の接地層が前記金属構造物に接合して配される請求項11に記載の電子機器。
