また、上記透明導電性フィルムの透明導電膜には、導電性パターン領域と非導電性パターン領域とを生成するパターン処理が施されていてもよい。
また、上記透明導電性フィルムの硬化膜の上に、金属配線が形成されていてもよい。
なお、上記透明導電性フィルムを用いてタッチパネルを構成することが可能である。
本発明の一実施形態に係る透明導電性フィルム10は、図1に示すように、透明プラスチックフィルム基材1と、透明プラスチックフィルム基材1の少なくとも一方の面にパターン形成された金属微粒子を含む透明導電膜2と、パターン形成後の透明導電膜2上に成膜された硬化膜3とを備える。
また、透明プラスチックフィルム基材1には、必要に応じて次のような表面処理を行ってもよい。すなわち、耐摩耗性、耐擦傷性、耐溶剤性、耐汚染性、耐光性、耐候性等を付与したハードコート処理等の薄膜をコーティングすることができる。
X(Si30)/X(C30)<0.28であると、金属である金属配線13側の珪素の含有比率が低いために、硬化膜3と金属配線13との間の密着性が悪化したり、透明導電膜2と金属配線13との間の接触抵抗が上昇してしまったりして、好ましくない。また、X(Si40)/X(C40)>0.23であると、透明プラスチックフィルム基材1と硬化膜3との間の密着性が悪化するため、好ましくない。
透明プラスチックフィルム基材1としてポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(東洋紡社製、A4300−125)を用い、一方の面に、透明導電膜2を形成するための塗液として金属ナノワイヤの水分散体(シグマアルドリッジ社製、716944)をダイコート法で塗布し、60℃で1分間乾燥させて透明導電膜2を形成した。次に、透明導電膜2上に、硬化膜を形成するための硬化膜形成用塗液としてハードコート塗液(日本曹達社製、NH−1000G)をマイクログラビアコーターで塗布し、60℃で1分間乾燥させ、メタルハライドランプにて紫外線を照射し、硬化膜3を形成した。硬化後の硬化膜3の膜厚は200nmであった。このとき、紫外線照射量の調整により、X(Si30)/X(C30)とX(Si40)/X(C40)とを、下記の表1のようにして硬化膜3を形成した。なお、X(Si30)及びX(C30)は、それぞれ透明導電膜2から厚さ方向30nmの部分の珪素原子及び炭素原子の含有率であり、X(Si40)及びX(C40)は、それぞれ透明導電膜2から厚さ方向40nmの部分の珪素原子及び炭素原子の含有率である。続いて、下記パターニング方法により透明導電膜2のパターンを形成した。以上のようにして透明導電性フィルム10を作製した。
フォトリソグラフィ法
レジスト :ドライフィルムレジスト(日立化成社製、ME−3315)
露光 :高圧水銀100mJ/cm2
現像液 :1%炭酸ナトリウム 50℃
エッチング液:王水系エッチング液 30℃
剥離液 :3%水酸化ナトリウム 50℃
1.密着性(硬化膜3と金属配線13との間)
JIS K5600に準拠し、金属配線13面側の塗膜に1mm間隔の切り込みを縦横11本ずつ入れて100個の碁盤目を作成した。各サンプルにセロハンテープ(登録商標)を貼り付け、消しゴムで複数回擦り付けて密着させた後テープを引き剥がし、塗膜が剥離せず残存した格子の目数を確認した。剥離した格子が全く無ければ○、1マスでもあれば×とした。
JIS K5600に準拠し、硬化膜3面側の塗膜に1mm間隔の切り込みを縦横11本ずつ入れて100個の碁盤目を作成した。各サンプルにセロハンテープ(登録商標)を貼り付け、消しゴムで複数回擦り付けて密着させた後テープを引き剥がし、塗膜が剥離せず残存した格子の目数を確認した。剥離した格子が全く無ければ○、1マスでもあれば×とした。
デジタルマルチメーター(フルーク社製、Fluke179)を用いて、透明導電膜2と金属配線13との間の接触抵抗を測定した。
同じく、硬化膜3中のX(Si40)/X(C40)については0.23以下であれば、硬化膜3と透明プラスチックフィルム基材1との密着性が良好であった。これは、硬化膜3の透明プラスチックフィルム基材1側において炭素の含有率が一定以上のために、界面の有機成分が高い状態にあるために透明プラスチックフィルム基材1との密着性が良くなったためと考えられる。

Claims (5)
- 透明プラスチックフィルム基材上の少なくとも一方の面に、金属微粒子を含む透明導電膜と、硬化膜とをこの順に積層した透明導電性フィルムであって、
前記硬化膜の前記透明導電膜と反対側の面から厚さ方向30nm以内の範囲の炭素原子の含有率X(C30)と珪素原子の含有率X(Si30)とが式(1)の関係であり、
前記硬化膜の前記透明導電膜と反対側の面から厚さ方向40nm以上の範囲の炭素原子の含有率X(C40)と珪素原子の含有率X(Si40)とが式(2)の関係であることを特徴とする、透明導電性フィルム。

X(Si40)/X(C40)≦0.23 ・・・(2) - 前記透明導電膜に含有される金属微粒子が金属ナノワイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記透明導電膜には、導電性パターン領域と非導電性パターン領域とを生成するパターン処理が施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記硬化膜の上に、金属配線が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の透明導電性フィルムを備えた、タッチパネル。
