Description
Claims (11)
- a) フレーム(10)及び24又は96個のディープウェル(20)を備え、少なくとも一つのウェル(20)が突起又は隆起である少なくとも一つの内側構造体(26,28)を備えるディープウェルプレート(50)と、
b) 内側カバー(34)、少なくとも一つのフィルタ膜(32)及び外側カバー(30)を備える蓋システム(60)と、を備え、
前記外側カバー(30)は、前記ディープウェル(20)の開口部のすべてを同時にカバーし、少なくとも一つの一体化ロック要素(70)を第1ロック部分として含み、前記第1ロック部分を、前記ディープウェルプレート(50)の前記フレーム(10)に位置する少なくとも一つの第2ロック部分に取り外し可能に嵌合させることができ、
前記外側カバー(30)の前記第1ロック部分(70)は、弾性プラスチックで作られたスナップ固定手段(44)であり、
前記スナップ固定手段(44)は、前記外側カバー(30)の縁(43)のプレート整合下側部分(40)の、外向きに延在する前記第1ロック部分として少なくとも溝状の周状窪みと、これと係合される前記ディープウェルプレート(50)の蓋整合上側部分(13)の、外向きに延在する前記第2ロック部分としての相補的な膨らみ状の周状突起と、を備え、
前記周状窪みは、前記縁(43)の内周面に該縁(43)の肉厚を減少させて設けられ、
前記縁(43)の外周面は、平坦である、
ディープウェルプレートシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、少なくとも一つのウェル(20)の断面は、円形、花状又は星状であるプレートシステム。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、前記内側構造体(26,28)は、対称又は非対称の内側構造体であるプレートシステム。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、前記内側構造体(26,28)は、前記ウェル(20)の壁(22)の突起又は隆起であるプレートシステム。
- 請求項4に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、前記ウェル(20)の前記壁(22)の前記少なくとも一つの内側構造体(26,28)は、垂直な混合バッフル(26)であるプレートシステム。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、前記内側構造体(26,28)は、前記ウェル(20)の底(24)の突起又は隆起であるプレートシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、前記ウェル(20)の前記底(24)の前記突起又は隆起は、対称又は非対称の勾配(28)であるプレートシステム。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、少なくとも一つのウェル(20)の水平断面は、非対称であるプレートシステム。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、前記蓋システム(60)は、前記外側カバー(30)及び前記少なくとも一つのフィルタ膜(32)で一体的に構成されているプレートシステム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプレートシステムにおいて、前記蓋システム(60)は、前記外側カバー(30)、前記少なくとも一つのフィルタ膜(32)及び前記内側カバー(34)で一体的に構成されているプレートシステム。
- 細胞を培養する方法であって、前記細胞は、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のディープウェルプレートシステムにおいて培養される方法。
