Claims (15)
- 電池ケースに電極組立体が内蔵されている二次電池であって、
前記電池ケースは、樹脂層と金属層とを含むラミネートシートからなっており、電極組立体を内蔵した状態で外周面をシールして密封されており、
前記電池ケースの外周面シール部のうち少なくとも一つのシール部には、2つ以上の湾入部が連続して形成されており、
前記電池ケースが、電池ケースの内部が常圧状態に維持されるように不活性ガスが注入されており、電池の活性化のための初期充放電で発生したガスが含まれていないことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記湾入部が、電池ケースの外周面シール部が電極組立体方向の境界線に形成されており、2つ以上の湾入部が連続して形成されてジグザグ状をなしていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ジグザグ状が、水平断面上に2つ以上の多角形が隣接して配列された形状、または2つ以上の半円が隣接して配列された形状であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記連続して形成された湾入部の全長が、外周面シール部の長さを基準として5〜40%の大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記湾入部の個数が2〜10個であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記湾入部の湾入深さが、シール部の幅を基準として5〜50%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記湾入部の幅が、シール部の幅を基準として5〜50%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記不活性ガスが、ヘリウム、窒素及びアルゴンからなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体が、巻取り型構造、スタック型構造、またはスタック/フォールディング型構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ラミネートシートが、外部樹脂層、空気及び水分遮断性金属層、及び熱融着性内部樹脂層の積層構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池がリチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池を単位電池として含むことを特徴とする、電池モジュール。
- 請求項12に記載の電池モジュールを含むことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 前記電池パックが、中大型デバイスの電源として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電池パック。
- 前記中大型デバイスが、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵用システムであることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電池パック。
