Claims (4)
- マトリックス樹脂に強化材として繊維材が混入された繊維強化樹脂製のボールねじ用樹脂ナットの製造方法であって、
正規のねじ溝の仕上げ前の寸法・形状の下ねじ溝を含むねじ孔が形成されたナットを成形金型を用いて射出成形する第1の工程と、
前記繊維材が溝表面に露呈するまで前記下ねじ溝の表面を除去してねじ溝を仕上げる第2の工程と、
を有するボールねじ用樹脂ナットの製造方法。 - 前記第1の工程直後の前記ナットは、最外層にあって前記繊維材が存在しないスキン層と、前記スキン層より内層にあって層面に沿う方向に配向した繊維材が存在する配向層と、前記配向層より更に内層にあって配向性を有さない繊維材が存在するコア層とを有しており、
前記第2の工程は、少なくとも前記スキン層を除去する工程である請求項1に記載のボールねじ用樹脂ナットの製造方法。 - 前記第2の工程は、前記スキン層及び前記配向層を除去する工程である請求項1に記載のボールねじ用樹脂ナットの製造方法。
- マトリックス樹脂に強化材として繊維材が混入された繊維強化樹脂の射出成形によってねじ溝を含むねじ孔が成形されているボールねじ用樹脂ナットであって、
前記繊維材が前記ねじ溝の表面に沿う方向に配向して存在する配向層を有し、
前記配向層の前記繊維材が前記ねじ溝の表面に露呈しているボールねじ用樹脂ナット。
