Claims (4)
- 減圧容器の上部に加熱器が装着され、高粘度流体を該加熱器を通過させて加熱した後に前記減圧容器に供給し、該減圧容器内で揮発性の溶剤を蒸発させて高粘度流体から溶剤を分離させる揮発性物質除去装置の運転系統構造において、
前記加熱器の高粘度流体の流路の上流側に配設した予熱器と、
前記減圧容器内で発生した溶剤の蒸気を流通させて加熱した熱媒体を前記予熱器に供給する凝縮器と、
前記予熱器から排出される熱媒体が供給される第1圧縮機と、
前記第1圧縮機で加圧された熱媒体が供給される第2圧縮機と、
前記第2圧縮機で加圧された熱媒体が供給される蒸発器と、
前記蒸発器から排出される熱媒体が供給される膨張機とからなり、
前記第1圧縮機の駆動力を前記膨張機の出力から得ることを特徴とする揮発性物質除去装置の運転系統構造。 - 前記膨張機の出力で発電機を駆動し、発生した電力を前記第1圧縮機と第2圧縮機の駆動力に使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の揮発性物質除去装置の運転系統構造。
- 前記発電機により発電された電力による前記第1圧縮機と第2圧縮機の駆動力に不足が生じる場合には買電によることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の揮発性物質除去装置の運転系統構造。
- 前記熱媒体に圧縮炭酸ガスを利用したことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれかに記載の揮発性物質除去装置の運転系統構造。
