Description
枠に、拡径された大きさにあるステント3を圧縮しながら挿入することによって行われる。
Claims (5)
- 径方向に拡張し且つ収縮可能であって、上記径方向と直交する軸方向への伸張が規制された管状カートリッジと、
生体吸収性ポリマー材料であるポリL−ラクチド(PLLA)により管状に形成されてなり、脈管内に植え込まれたときに当該脈管の内径以上に拡径された大きさに形状記憶されるとともに、上記形状記憶された大きさより縮径されて上記管状カートリッジの外周面に装着されたステントと、
ポリL−ラクチド(PLLA)とポリε−カプロラクトン(PCL)の共重合体であって、ポリL−ラクチド(PLLA)とポリε−カプロラクトン(PCL)の組成比がモル比(mol%)で95〜20:5〜80の範囲にあり、初期状態で弾性力を有し、一定量伸長されることにより塑性変形する生体吸収性ポリマー材料により、上記縮径されたステントの外周径以下の内周径を有する筒状に形成され、上記縮径されて上記管状カートリッジの外周面に装着された上記ステントを外周側から支持することにより、上記ステントを縮径状態に保持するステント用カバー部材とからなり、
上記ステント用カバー部材は、全面に亘って複数の開口部が形成されているとともに、上記ステントの上記管状カートリッジの径方向への拡張に伴って拡径され、上記ステントとともに一定量以上拡径されることにより塑性変形して上記ステントの支持を解放し、上記管状カートリッジの径方向への収縮により、上記ステントとともに上記管状カートリッジから離脱されることを特徴とするステント装置。 - 上記ステント用カバー部材は、上記ステントの外周側の全面を覆う長さに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のステント装置。
- 上記複数の開口部は、上記ステント用カバー部材の全面に亘って均等に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステント及び上記ステント用カバー部材のいずれか一方、又は双方には、薬剤が含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステント用カバー部材には、内膜増殖抑制効果を有する薬剤が担持され、上記ステントには、血栓形成抑制効果を有する薬剤が担持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のステント装置。
