Description
[第1実施形態]
本実施形態は、本発明の制御弁をハイブリッド車や電気自動車の冷凍サイクルに適用する電磁弁として具体化したものである。この冷凍サイクルは、車室内を空調するための第1冷媒循環回路と、車載バッテリを冷却するための第2冷媒循環回路とを並列に接続して構成される。具体的には、共用の冷媒循環通路に圧縮機、凝縮器、レシーバが設けられ、分岐された個別の冷媒循環通路の一方に第1膨張装置と空調用蒸発器が設けられ、他方に第2膨張装置とバッテリ冷却用蒸発器が設けられている。
図3は、弁駆動体の摺動部の構成および動作を表す部分拡大断面図である。図3(A)は図2のA部拡大図であり、ソレノイド4がオンの状態を示す。図3(B)は図3(A)のB部拡大図である。図3(C)はソレノイド4がオフの状態を示す拡大図である。
図4は、変形例に係る弁駆動体の摺動部の構成を表す部分拡大断面図である。図4(A)は図3(A)に対応し、図4(B)は図3(B)に対応する。本変形例においては、弁駆動体22における凹部39の背圧室側の端面41が、閉弁状態においてガイド部24の端面25よりも背圧室26側(摺動部側)に位置するように構成されている。このような構成により、弁駆動体22とガイド部24の一端開口部に面取り等が施されていたとしても、弁駆動体22の摺動面近傍に異物が付着することを効果的に抑制することができる。このため、異物の噛み込みをより効果的に防止または抑制することができる。
図5は、他の変形例に係る弁駆動体の摺動部の構成を表す部分拡大断面図である。上記実施形態では述べなかったが、図5(A)に示すように、弁駆動体22におけるガイド部24との摺動面にラビリンス35を設けてもよい。このような構成により、弁駆動体22とガイド部24との間隙を介した冷媒の流れそのものを規制することができ、その間隙への異物の引き込みを抑制できる。
図6は、他の変形例に係る弁駆動体の摺動部の構成を表す部分拡大断面図である。上記実施形態では述べなかったが、図6(A)に示すように、弁駆動体22の遮蔽壁138において導入通路10と対向する面(ガイド部24に着脱する面とは反対側面)をガイド面139とし、導入通路10を通って流れてくる冷媒に含まれる異物を弁孔16に導くようにしてもよい。図示の例では、遮蔽壁138を上記実施形態の遮蔽壁38よりも半径方向外向きに大きくし、ガイド面139を所定角度のテーパ面としている。
本実施形態の制御弁は、制御弁がパイロット作動式ではなく、ソレノイドによる直動式である点、および常閉弁である点で第1実施形態と相異する。図7は、第2実施形態に係る制御弁の主要部を示す断面図である。
Claims (7)
- 作動流体が流れる内部通路を有するボディと、
前記内部通路に設けられた弁孔と、
前記弁孔に接離して弁部を開閉する弁駆動体と、
前記弁駆動体を挿通して摺動可能に支持するガイド部と、
前記弁駆動体に設けられ、前記弁部の全開時に前記弁駆動体と前記ガイド部との間隙の一端開口部を閉止する遮蔽部と、
を備え、
前記遮蔽部は、前記弁駆動体において閉弁時に前記ガイド部との摺動部から露出する側の端部に設けられていることを特徴とする制御弁。 - 前記遮蔽部は、前記ガイド部の一端側の端面に着座することにより、前記一端開口部を閉止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 作動流体が流れる内部通路を有するボディと、
前記内部通路に設けられた弁孔と、
前記弁孔に接離して弁部を開閉する弁駆動体と、
前記弁駆動体を挿通して摺動可能に支持するガイド部と、
前記弁駆動体に設けられ、前記弁部の全開時に前記弁駆動体と前記ガイド部との間隙の一端開口部を閉止する遮蔽部と、
を備え、
前記弁駆動体の摺動部と前記遮蔽部との間に凹部が設けられ、
前記凹部は、前記弁部の全開時に前記ガイド部の摺動面との間に空隙を形成することを特徴とする制御弁。 - 前記凹部は、閉弁時に摺動部側の端面が前記ガイド部の端面と同一面上又は前記ガイド部の端面よりも摺動部側に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁駆動体における前記ガイド部との摺動面にラビリンス構造が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の制御弁。
- 作動流体が流れる内部通路を有するボディと、
前記内部通路に設けられた弁孔と、
前記弁孔に接離して弁部を開閉する弁駆動体と、
前記弁駆動体を挿通して摺動可能に支持するガイド部と、
前記弁駆動体に設けられ、前記弁部の全開時に前記弁駆動体と前記ガイド部との間隙の一端開口部を閉止する遮蔽部と、
を備え、
前記遮蔽部は、前記ガイド部との当接面とは反対側に、作動流体に含まれる異物を前記弁孔に導く形状をなすガイド面を有することを特徴とする制御弁。 - 作動流体が流れる内部通路を有するボディと、
前記内部通路に設けられた弁孔と、
前記弁孔に接離して弁部を開閉する弁駆動体と、
前記弁駆動体を挿通して摺動可能に支持するガイド部と、
前記弁駆動体に設けられ、前記弁部の全開時に前記弁駆動体と前記ガイド部との間隙の一端開口部を閉止する遮蔽部と、
を備え、
前記ガイド部には、前記遮蔽部を迂回した作動流体に含まれる異物が前記一端開口部に導かれることを規制する壁部が設けられていることを特徴とする制御弁。
