Claims (4)
- 第1反復成形可能な通気性織物構造と、第2反復成形可能な通気性織物構造とを備える反復成形可能な通気性織物組立体であって、
前記第1反復成形可能な通気性織物構造は、一体成形されている可撓性の三次元通気性シート体である第1立体通気性シートと、第1熱可塑性材料とを備え、
前記第1立体通気性シートは、熱可塑性材料以外の通気性織物で形成され、2つの第1通気性外表層を有し、前記2つの第1通気性外表層は、それぞれ複数の第1孔部を有し、
前記第1熱可塑性材料は、前記第1立体通気性シートのうちの1つの前記第1通気性外表層の前記複数の第1孔部の周壁に、前記複数の第1孔部を閉塞しないように付設され、
前記第2反復成形可能な通気性織物構造は、一体成形されている可撓性の三次元通気性シート体である第2立体通気性シートと、第2熱可塑性材料とを備え、
前記第2立体通気性シートは、熱可塑性材料以外の通気性織物で形成され、2つの第2通気性外表層を有し、前記2つの第2通気性外表層は、それぞれ複数の第2孔部を有し、
前記第2熱可塑性材料は、前記第2立体通気性シートのうちの1つの前記第2通気性外表層の前記複数の第2孔部の周壁に、前記複数の第2孔部を閉塞しないように付設され、
前記第1熱可塑性材料が付設される前記第1通気性外表層は、前記第2熱可塑性材料が付設される前記第2通気性外表層と接続されることを特徴とする、反復成形可能な通気性織物組立体。 - 前記第1立体通気性シートは、さらに前記2つの第1通気性外表層の間に位置される第1中間織物層を有し、前記第1熱可塑性材料は、前記複数の第1孔部を通じて前記第1中間織物層の一部に付設されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反復成形可能な通気性織物組立体。
- 前記第2立体通気性シートは、さらに前記2つの第2通気性外表層の間に位置される第2中間織物層を有し、前記第2熱可塑性材料は、前記複数の第2孔部を通じて前記第2中間織物層の一部に付設されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反復成形可能な通気性織物組立体。
- 前記第1熱可塑性材料は、浸漬塗布方式又はローラ塗布方式で前記第1立体通気性シートのうちの1つの前記第1通気性外表層の前記複数の第1孔部の周壁に付設され、また前記第2熱可塑性材料は、浸漬塗布方式又はローラ塗布方式で前記第2立体通気性シートのうちの1つの前記第2通気性外表層の前記複数の第2孔部の周壁に付設されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反復成形可能な通気性織物組立体。
