Description
(a) 層(a)の総重量に対して、少なくとも30重量%の量のプロピレンコポリマー少なくとも1つと、前記層(a)の総重量に対して、少なくとも20重量%の量のプロピレンホモポリマー少なくとも1つと、場合により他のポリオレフィン、好ましくはポリエチレン、と、場合により、前記層(a)の総重量に対して30重量%までの添加剤とに基づく層、好ましくは表面層の形状の1層(ただし、成分は、常に合計100重量%となる)、
(b) ポリアミド成分として、イソホロンジアミン単位を有する少なくとも1つのホモ−及び/又はコポリアミドに基づく内側で、好ましくは中心の層少なくとも1つ、
(c) 層(c)の総重量に対して、少なくとも30重量%の量のプロピレンコポリマー少なくとも1つと、前記層(c)の総重量に対して、少なくとも20重量%の量のプロピレンホモポリマー少なくとも1つと、場合により他のポリオレフィン、好ましくはポリエチレン、と、場合により、前記層(c)の総重量に対して30重量%までの添加剤とに基づく層、好ましくは第二表面層の形状の層(ただし、成分は、常に合計100重量%となる)、
(d)及び(e) 前記層(a)と前記層(b)の間又は前記層(b)と前記層(c)の間にそれぞれ配置される、少なくとも1つの変性熱可塑性オレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーにそれぞれ基づく接着促進剤層(d)及び接着促進剤層(e)
を含む多層フィルムを提供することにより達成される。
油に対する多層フィルムのバリア効果を測定するために、下記重力試験法を用いて、長期に及ぶ保管後ですら、多層フィルムが、油含有組成物からの、例えばビチューメンからの、油の移動を食い止めるかどうか、即ちビチューメン中に存在する油を吸収せず、その代わりにその中にある油に対しバリア効果を示すかどうかを測定することができる。
引裂伝播抵抗は、ISO 6383−2に従い決定され、引裂伝播力として測定され、[N]で記述される。
穿刺抵抗は、ASTM E154−10に従い測定され、[N]で記述される。
引張強度は、ASTM D1970に従い測定され、[N]で記述される。
プロピレンコポリマー: Dow Chemicals社製プロピレン−エチレンコポリマー(エチレン含有率:7%〜9%)
プロピレンホモポリマー: Borealis社製プロピレンホモポリマー
マスターバッチ1: Schulman社製カラーマスターバッチ、ポリマー成分としてポリエチレン約50重量%含有
MSA−変性ポリプロピレン: 無水マレイン酸基で変性されたポリプロピレン(三井化学社製)
IPDIコポリアミド: ε−カプロラクタム、イソホロンジアミン及びイソテレフタル酸から形成されたコポリアミド、イソホロンジアミン含分は約5%(Lanxess社製)
コポリアミド: ε−カプロラクタム、ヘキサメチレンジアミン及びアジピン酸から形成されたコポリアミド(BASF社製)
PA 6: ε−カプロラクタムから形成されたホモポリアミド(Lanxess社製)
比較例の多層フィルムV1a及びV1b、並びにまた本発明例1の多層フィルム(B1)は、いずれも5層から構成され、合計層厚は、それぞれ125μmである。層(a)及び層(c)の層厚は、それぞれ42μmであり、接着促進剤層(d)及び接着促進剤層(e)の層厚はそれぞれ8μmであり、層(b)の層厚はそれぞれ25μmである。多層フィルムの個々の層は、何れの場合も以下に列記する順番で相互に直接に隣接する。比較例の多層フィルムV1a及びV1b並びにまた本実施例1の多層フィルム(B1)の各層(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)及び(e)は、それぞれインフレートフィルム共押出法により製造した。
Claims (23)
- 層(a)であって、この層(a)の総重量に対して、少なくとも30重量%の量のプロピレンコポリマー少なくとも1つと、前記層(a)の総重量に対して、少なくとも20重量%の量のプロピレンホモポリマー少なくとも1つと、場合により他のポリオレフィンと、場合により、前記層(a)の総重量に対して、30重量%までの添加剤とに基づく層(a)と(ただし、成分は、常に合計100重量%となる)、
バリア層として機能し、ポリアミド成分として、イソホロンジアミン単位を有するホモ−及び/又はコポリアミド少なくとも1つに基づく内層(b)少なくとも1つと、
層(c)の総重量に対して、少なくとも30重量%の量のプロピレンコポリマー少なくとも1つと、前記層(c)の総重量に対して、少なくとも20重量%の量のプロピレンホモポリマー少なくとも1つと、場合により他のポリオレフィンと、場合により、前記層(c)の総重量に対して、30重量%までの添加剤とに基づく層(c)と(ただし、成分は、常に合計100重量%となる)、
前記層(a)と前記層(b)の間及び前記層(b)と前記層(c)の間にそれぞれ配置される、少なくとも1つの変性熱可塑性オレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーにそれぞれ基づく接着促進剤層(d)及び接着促進剤層(e)と
を含む多層フィルム。 - 前記層(b)は、前記イソホロンジアミン単位を有するホモ−及び/又はコポリアミド少なくとも1つに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(b)は、前記層(b)の総重量に対して、少なくとも30重量%の量の、イソホロンジアミン単位を有するコポリアミド少なくとも1つに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多層フィルム。
- ポリアミド成分中の前記イソホロンジアミン単位の割合は、前記ポリアミド成分の総重量に対して、少なくとも1重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- ポリアミド成分中の前記イソホロンジアミン単位の割合は、前記ポリアミド成分の総重量に対して、少なくとも3重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(b)の、前記イソホロンジアミン単位を含むポリアミド成分は、脂肪族又は芳香族ジカルボン酸単位を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(b)の、前記イソホロンジアミン単位を含むポリアミド成分は、芳香族ジカルボン酸単位を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(b)は、他のポリアミド成分として、イソホロンジアミン単位を含まない脂肪族ホモ−及び/又はコポリアミドを少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(a)及び前記層(c)は、それぞれ相互に独立して、それぞれ前記層(a)又は前記層(c)の総重量に対して、少なくとも35重量%の量のプロピレンコポリマー少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(a)及び前記層(c)は、同じ層厚及び同じポリマー成分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(b)は、油−バリア層として機能することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- その配置は、中心層(b)に対して対称であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(a)及び前記層(c)それぞれは、表面層であり、前記層(b)は、中心層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- その穿刺抵抗は、ASTM E154−10に従い、少なくとも250Nであり、その引張強度は、ASTM D1970に従い、少なくとも150Nであり、及び/又はその引裂伝播抵抗は、エルメンドルフ法(ISO6383−2)により、少なくとも1500mNであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 永久接着性の接着剤層(f)、感圧接着剤層(f)、及び/又は、シーリング組成物に基づく少なくとも1つの層(h)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記接着剤層(f)は、永久接着性の層であり、及び/又は、前記層(h)は、自己粘着シーリング組成物に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の多層フィルム。
- 粘着テープ製造への、請求項1〜請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムの使用。
- 請求項1〜請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムを含む、粘着テープ。
- シーリングシート製造への、請求項1〜請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムの使用。
- 請求項1〜請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムを含む、水及び/又は風化影響に対し効果のあるシーリングシート。
- 請求項1〜請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムを含む、水及び/又は風化影響に対し効果のあるビチューメン系シーリングシート。
- ルーフカバーとして、外装材として、建物もしくは建物の一部のための保護カバーとして、又はパイプ被覆材としての、請求項1〜請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムを含む、シーリングシート。
- ルーフカバーとして、外装材として、建物もしくは建物の一部のための保護カバーとして、又はパイプ被覆材としての、請求項1〜請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムを含む、ビチューメン系シーリングシート。
