Description
図1〜図3は本発明の第1実施形態を示す。図1に示すように、車載用通信システム1は、室内側とエンジンルール側に跨って配策されるものであり、室内側に配策される第1の導波管ワイヤーハーネスWH1とエンジンルール側に配策される第2の導波管ワイヤーハーネスWH2とを備えている。第1の導波管ワイヤーハーネスWH1と第2の導波管ワイヤーハーネスWH2は、導波管10と、連結用導波管20と、導波管10の分岐箇所に配置された分岐部品30と、導波管10の端部に装着されたEコネクタ40とをそれぞれ備えている。
次に、導波管10の変形例を説明する。第1変形例の導波管10Aは、図4に示すように、形状を維持できる部材から形成され、且つ、中空の導波管本体11と、導波管本体11の内周面に設けられた内周導電性皮膜層12と、導波管本体11の外周に沿って配置された1本の電線W1を有する。内周導電性皮膜層12がアース線として、電線W1が電源線として使用されている。内周導電性皮膜層12と電線W1によって電力を伝送するよう構成されている。導波管本体11は、前記実施形態と同様に、絶縁性の合成樹脂材から円筒形状に形成され、屈曲自在である。
図8は本発明の第2実施形態を示す。図8に示すように、車載用通信システムに使用される導波管ワイヤーハーネスWHは、導波管10と、この導波管10の端部に装着されたECU(電子制御ユニット)60、Eコネクタ40等の電子部品とを備えている。導波管10の分岐は分岐部品を用いて行われているが、分岐部品は図面上で明示されていない。
前記各実施形態では、各導波管本体11は、断面円筒状であるが、内部に中空を形成できる形状(例えば断面方形の筒状)であれば良い。

Claims (7)
- 形状を維持できる部材から形成され、且つ、中空の導波管本体と、前記導波管本体の内周面若しくは外周面に設けられた導電性皮膜層とを有し、前記導電性皮膜層の内部スペースを電磁波の伝送路とすると共に、
前記導電性皮膜層を電源線若しくはアース線として電力を伝送することを特徴とする導波管。 - 請求項1記載の導波管であって、
前記導波管本体は、屈曲自在な部材より形成されていることを特徴とする導波管。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の導波管であって、
前記導波管本体の外周に沿って配置された1本以上の前記電線を有し、前記電線を電源線とし、前記導電性皮膜層をアース線として電力を伝送することを特徴とする導波管。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の導波管であって、
前記導波管本体の内周面若しくは外周面の他方側にも導電性皮膜層を有し、一方の前記導電性皮膜層を電源線とし、他方の前記導電性皮膜層をアース線として電力を伝送することを特徴とする導波管。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の導波管であって、
前記導波管本体の開口端部には、電磁波吸収部材を内蔵した蓋を装着したことを特徴とする導波管。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の導波管であって、
前記導電性被膜層は、前記導波管本体の内周面に設けられ、且つ、前記導波管本体は、保護材にて形成されており、前記導波管本体は、外装保護部材を兼用することを特徴とする導波管。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の導波管を使用したことを特徴とする車載用通信システム。
