Description
Claims (13)
- 互いに交差するように配置される複数のゲートライン及び複数のデータラインと、
前記複数のゲートラインと前記複数のデータラインとの交差によって定義される領域内にそれぞれ配置される、複数の画素電極と、
前記複数の画素電極の一部と対応して配置され、それぞれ第1サイズを有する、複数の第1−1電極と、
前記第1−1電極と接続され、前記複数の画素電極の他の一部と対応して配置され、前記第1サイズより大きい第2サイズを有する、複数の第1−2電極と、
前記第1−1電極と前記第1−2電極との間に配置され、前記第1−1電極と前記第1−2電極と交差する方向に配列される、複数の第2電極と、
を含み、
前記第1−2電極間には、2つの第1−1電極が並行するように配置されることを特徴とする、タッチセンサ一体型表示装置。 - 前記複数の第1−1電極及び前記複数の第1−2電極は、共通電極とタッチ駆動電極の機能を兼ね、前記複数の第2電極は、タッチセンシング電極であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記複数の第1−1電極及び前記複数の第1−2電極は、共通電極とタッチセンシング電極の機能を兼ね、前記複数の第2電極は、タッチ駆動電極であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1−1電極に対応する画素領域には、画素電極が一つのラインをなすように配置され、前記第1−2電極に対応する画素領域には、画素電極が二つのラインをなすように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1−2電極に対応して配列された2ラインの画素電極の間には、それぞれの画素電極のための2つのゲートラインが隣接して並行するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記複数の第1−1電極及び前記複数の第1−2電極の各々と接触し、前記データラインの方向に沿って配置され、前記第1−1電極及び前記第1−2電極の抵抗を減少させる少なくとも一つの第1電極の抵抗減少配線をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1電極の抵抗減少配線は、前記データラインと重なるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記複数の第2電極のそれぞれに前記第2電極の方向に沿って重なるように配置され、前記第2電極の抵抗を減少させる少なくとも一つの第2電極の抵抗減少配線をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第2電極の抵抗減少配線は、前記ゲートラインと重なるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1−1電極と、前記第1−2電極は、少なくとも一つの第1ボトルネック部によって互いに接続され、前記第1電極の抵抗減少配線は、前記第1−1及び前記第1−2電極と共に、前記少なくとも一つの第1ボトルネック部を経由することを特徴とする、請求項6記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第2電極は、前記第1ボトルネック部と交差する位置に前記第2電極より狭い幅を有する第2ボトルネック部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記画素電極の各々は、前記ゲートラインと前記データラインとの交差部に配置される薄膜トランジスタをカバーする第1保護膜上に形成され、第1保護膜を貫通するコンタクトホールを介して露出される前記薄膜トランジスタと接続され、
前記第1−1電極及び前記第1−2電極は、前記画素電極をカバーする第2保護膜上で、前記画素電極と少なくとも一部が重なるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。 - 前記第1−1電極及び前記第1−2電極は、前記ゲートラインと前記データラインとの交差部に配置された薄膜トランジスタをカバーする第1保護膜上に配置され、
前記画素電極は、前記第1−1電極及び前記第1−2電極をカバーする、第2保護膜上で前記第1−1電極及び前記第1−2電極と少なくとも一部が重なるように配置され、
前記画素電極の各々は、前記第1保護膜及び前記第2保護膜を貫通するコンタクトホールを介して露出される前記薄膜トランジスタと接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
