Claims (21)
- ヒト組織または動物組織における疼痛を解析および治療するための患者治療ユニットであって、
電気パルスを連続的に出力するプローブ刺激発生器回路であって、前記電気パルスがパルス幅とパルス周波数とを有し、当該電気パルスのパルス幅およびパルス周波数を制御する、プローブ刺激発生器回路と、
前記電気パルスを連続的に受け取るために前記プローブ刺激発生器回路に電気的に結合された、患者の身体と接触するための第1の振動する球状プローブおよび第2の球状プローブと、
前記プローブが前記患者の前記身体と接触し、前記組織に前記電気パルスが連続的に印加された際に、前記第1の振動する球状プローブおよび前記第2の球状プローブを介して電圧または電流をリアルタイムに検知する、身体インピーダンス解析回路と、
前記電気パルスが連続的に前記組織に印加されると、前記検知された電圧または電流の示度をインピーダンス測定値としてリアルタイムに提供する、前記身体インピーダンス解析回路に電気的に結合されたモニタデバイスと、
前記インピーダンス測定値を図表でリアルタイムにプロットするディスプレイデバイスと
を備え、
前記ディスプレイデバイスは、前記患者の治療履歴に基づいた、当該患者に適した前記第1のプローブ及び前記第2のプローブの配置を表示することを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記検知されたインピーダンス測定値を表すデータを記憶するために記憶デバイスをさらに備えることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記第1のプローブが前記電気パルスを連続的に受け取っている時間を示す治療経過時間を検出および追跡する治療計数器回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記プローブ間の抵抗が、500オームから1メガオームであるときに、前記電気パルスの前記パルス周波数が実質的に1〜490Hz±6%の範囲にあることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記プローブ間の抵抗が、500オームから1メガオームであるときに、前記電気パルスの前記パルス周波数が実質的に4〜20kHzの範囲にあることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記身体インピーダンス解析回路に電気的に結合された前記モニタデバイスが、前記検知された電圧または電流の音声的指示を提供するオーディオ音声出力を含むことを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。

- 請求項8に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記初期条件が患者固有データを含み、前記ディスプレイデバイスが前記患者固有データを表示することを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、メモリデバイスをさらに備え、前記メモリデバイスが、前記患者に関するデータと相関する前記リアルタイムインピーダンス測定値を表すデータを記憶することを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、セキュリティモジュールをさらに備え、前記セキュリティモジュールが、データキーの挿入時の前記患者治療ユニットの作動を可能にすることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項11に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記データキーが前記患者治療ユニットの作動のための所定の有効期間を有することを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項11に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記治療ユニットが前記挿入されたデータキー上に患者データを記憶することを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記モニタデバイスが、侵入深さを判断するために前記第1のプローブおよび前記第2のプローブからのフィードバックを測定することを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記ディスプレイデバイスが、前記プローブ刺激発生器回路を制御するためのタッチスクリーン制御機構を有するタッチスクリーンであることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記プローブ刺激発生器回路は、前記電気パルスを連続的に生成する高電圧発生器回路と、前記高電圧発生器回路が生成した前記パルスのパルス極性、パルス幅、およびパルス周波数を制御する低電圧制御回路とを備えることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項16に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記低電圧制御回路は、パルス極性を制御する極性選択入力部と、パルス幅およびパルス周波数を制御するパルス幅変調制御入力部とを備えることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項16に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記低電圧制御回路は、前記高電圧発生器回路から電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項18に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、少なくとも1つの光アイソレータを用いることで、前記低電圧制御回路が前記高電圧発生器回路から電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする、患者治療ユニット。
- 請求項17に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、
前記身体インピーダンス解析回路は、前記プローブ刺激発生器回路から電気的に絶縁されており、
前記身体インピーダンス解析回路はさらに、前記電気パルスが連続的に前記組織に印加された時に前記検知された電圧または電流の示度をインピーダンス測定値としてリアルタイムに提供する前記ディスプレイデバイスから、電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする、患者治療ユニット。 - 請求項20に記載の患者治療ユニットであって、前記身体インピーダンス解析回路は、前記第1の振動する球状プローブと前記第2の球状プローブとの間の電圧を検知する電圧検知回路と、前記第1の振動する球状プローブおよび前記第2の球状プローブを通る電流を検知する電流検知回路とを備えることを特徴とする、患者治療ユニット。
