Description
Claims (9)
- 力に抗して第1の弁位置から第2の弁位置へと移動可能な弁を備える弁機構と、
ロッカーシャフトと、
蝶番式ロッカーアームであって、
前記ロッカーシャフトに枢動可能に取り付けられるように前記ロッカーシャフトを受ける円形の第1の開口と第1の接触面を備える第1のウィングと、
前記ロッカーシャフトに枢動可能に取り付けられるように前記ロッカーシャフトを受ける円形の第2の開口と第2の接触面を備える第2のウィングとを含み、
前記第1及び第2のウィングが前記ロッカーシャフトに取り付けられると、前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口とが同軸をなし、前記第1の接触面と前記第2の接触面とは互いに接触し、その結果、前記ロッカーシャフトの軸を横断する方向に力を伝達することによって、該蝶番式ロッカーアーム上の第3の接触面が前記弁機構に接触し、前記力に抗して前記弁を前記第1の弁位置から前記第2の弁位置へと移動させるようになっている蝶番式ロッカーアームと、
を含む、開弁機構において、
前記ロッカーシャフトに枢動可能に取り付けられると共に第4の接触面を備える第2ロッカーアームを含み、前記第2ロッカーアームは、第1の第2ロッカーアーム位置と第2の第2ロッカーアーム位置との間で枢動可能であると共に、前記第2ロッカーアームが前記第1の第2ロッカーアーム位置から前記第2の第2ロッカーアーム位置へと枢動すると、前記第4の接触面により前記弁機構に接触して、前記弁を前記力に抗して前記第1の弁位置から前記第2の弁位置へと移動させるように構成され、
前記第2ロッカーアームは第5の接触面を含み、前記第5の接触面と前記第3の接触面とは、前記第2ロッカーアームが前記第1の第2ロッカーアーム位置から前記第2の第2ロッカーアーム位置へと枢動すると、前記第5の接触面と前記第3の接触面とが互いに接触して、前記ロッカーシャフトの前記軸を横断する方向の第2の力が前記第2ロッカーアームと前記蝶番式ロッカーアームとの間で伝達されるように構成される、
開弁機構。 - 前記第1の接触面と前記第2の接触面との少なくとも一方は、前記蝶番式ロッカーアーム上においてシリンダ内に移動可能に設置されるピストンの表面である、請求項1に記載の開弁機構。
- 前記第1の接触面は前記ピストンの前記表面であり、前記シリンダは前記第1のウィングに設けられる、請求項2に記載の開弁機構。
- 前記第1のウィングはカムフォロワを含む、請求項3に記載の開弁機構。
- 前記ピストンは油圧駆動される、請求項2に記載の開弁機構。
- 前記第2のウィングは、前記第3の接触面に加えられる力が前記第2のウィングを前記第1のウィングから独立的に枢動させるように構成される第3の接触面を含む、請求項1に記載の開弁機構。
- 前記第3の接触面は前記第2の開口の軸に対して平行に延在するロッドの一部分である、請求項6に記載の開弁機構。
- 前記第1のウィングはカムフォロワを含む、請求項1に記載の開弁機構。
- 前記カムフォロワはローラーカムを含む、請求項8に記載の開弁機構。
