Description
Claims (9)
- 長手方向に一端部分と他端部分にそれぞれガス流入口とガス流出口を有するボディ部と、
前記ボディ部の内部に備えられ、前記ボディ部の長手方向に沿って螺旋形に巻き取られている第1チューブと、
前記ボディ部の内部に備えられ、前記第1チューブの外側で前記第1チューブを取り囲みながら前記ボディ部の長手方向に沿って螺旋形に巻き取られている第2チューブと、
前記ガス流出口側に備えられ、前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブに燃料と水の混合物を供給する供給部と、
前記ガス流入口側に備えられ、前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブから前記混合物を排出する排出部と、
前記ボディ部の長手方向に沿って延伸し、前記第1チューブの中心を貫通する円柱状の流動拡散部とを含み、
前記流動拡散部は、内部が空の円柱状を有し、前記ガス流出口側の終端部分に内部の空気が排出される排出孔が形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。 - 前記供給部は、前記燃料が供給される燃料供給口と、前記水が供給される水供給口と、前記燃料供給口からの燃料と前記水供給口からの水とが混合され、前記第1チューブと第2チューブが連結される混合部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。
- 前記排出部は、前記第1チューブからの混合物と前記第2チューブからの混合物とが集合される集合管と、前記集合管と連結され前記混合物を前記ボディ部の外部へ排出する排出管とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。
- 前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブは、前記供給部側で前記ボディ部と結合され、前記排出部側で前記集合管と結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。
- 長手方向に一端部分と他端部分にそれぞれガス流入口とガス流出口を有するボディ部と、
前記ボディ部の内部に備えられ、前記ボディ部の長手方向に沿って螺旋形に巻き取られている第1チューブと、
前記第1チューブの中心を貫通し、前記ボディ部の長手方向に沿って延伸する流動拡散部と、
前記ガス流出口側に備えられ、前記第1チューブに燃料と水の混合物を供給する供給部と、
前記ガス流入口側に備えられ、前記第1チューブから前記混合物が排出される排出部と
を含み、
前記流動拡散部は、内部が空の円柱状を有し、前記ガス流出口側の終端部分に内部の空気が排出される排出孔が形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。 - 前記ボディ部の内部に備えられ、前記第1チューブの外側で前記第1チューブを取り囲みながら前記ボディ部の長手方向に沿って螺旋形に巻き取られている第2チューブをさらに含み、前記供給部は、前記第1チューブとともに前記第2チューブへ前記混合物を供給し、前記排出部は、前記第1チューブとともに前記第2チューブから前記混合物を排出することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。
- 前記第2チューブは、前記第1チューブと反対方向に巻き取られていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。
- 前記供給部は、前記燃料が供給される燃料供給口と、前記水が供給される水供給口と、前記燃料供給口からの燃料と前記水供給口からの水とが混合され、前記第1チューブと第2チューブが連結される混合部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。
- 前記排出部は、前記第1チューブからの混合物と前記第2チューブからの混合物とが集合される集合管と、前記集合管と連結され前記混合物を前記ボディ部の外部へ排出する排出管とを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池用加湿熱交換器。
