視覚ヘッド部材に直接接続するための接触要素と、
を含み、
前記手持ち操作部は、前記挿入部の前記近位端に配置され、前記挿入部の前記遠位端において、前記視覚ヘッド部材は、前記細長コネクタの前記撮像接点を通過させるために着脱可能であり、
前記視覚ヘッド部材の外径は前記挿入部の外径よりも大きいことを特徴とする操作装置。 - 近位端及び遠位端を有する、腹腔鏡手術のための視覚システムであって、
前記視覚システムの前記近位端に配置された手持ち操作部と、
前記視覚システムの前記遠位端に配置された視覚ヘッド部材と、
前記視覚ヘッド部材と前記手持ち操作部との間でデジタル信号を伝えるように構成され、撮像接点が設けられた剛性の細長コネクタと、
前記視覚システム内に配置された第1の接触要素を介して、前記視覚ヘッド部材と通信するための手段を含む外部装置と、
を含み、
前記視覚システムは、前記視覚システムの遠位端を、体腔内から体腔外へ延びる気密通路を有する気密スリーブを通して体腔から外に延ばすことによって取り付け可能であり、それにより、前記視覚ヘッド部材は、前記細長コネクタの遠位端において、体腔の外で前記第1の接触要素に対して取り付けられるか、又は
前記細長コネクタは、前記視覚ヘッド部材に予め接続され、前記細長コネクタの近位端は、前記撮像接点を介して前記手持ち操作部に付加配置された前記第1の接触要素に摺動可能に接続されることにより、接続時に、前記視覚ヘッド部材と前記外部装置との間の直接通信が可能になり、その後、前記視覚ヘッド部材は前記気密通路を通して前記体腔内に引き込まれることを特徴とする視覚システム。
