Claims (4)
- 導体と内部絶縁被覆とシールド部と外部絶縁被覆とを有したシールド電線を、接続対象物の一方側から他方側に向かう挿通方向に沿って該接続対象物の挿通孔に挿通させて該接続対象物に接続するためのシールドコネクタ構造であって、
前記シールド電線が挿通されて前記接続対象物の前記一方側に固定されている接続部材と、
前記接続部材の内面と前記シールド電線の外部絶縁被覆の外面との間に介挿される第一シール部材と、
前記接続部材と前記接続対象物の挿通孔の内面との間に介挿される第二シール部材と、
前記シールド電線のシールド部を前記接続部材に固定する環状の固定部材と、
を備え、
前記接続部材は、導電性を有した金属材料からなり、
前記接続対象物の前記一方側の面に接触して該接続対象物に固定されている接続部材本体と、
前記接続部材本体から前記接続対象物の挿通孔内に延びる筒状の第一延出部と、
前記第一延出部から他方側に延びるとともに該第一延出部よりも外径が小さな筒状の第二延出部と、を有し、
前記第二延出部は、その外周面から凹むとともに周方向に沿った凹溝部を有し、前記固定部材は、前記凹溝部よりも幅寸法が小さい帯状のバンド部を有し、
前記シールド電線のシールド部が前記バンド部によって前記第二延出部の凹溝部に固定され、前記接続部材を介して該シールド部と前記接続対象物とが電気的に接続されていることを特徴とするシールドコネクタ構造。 - 前記接続部材の前記第二延出部が前記接続対象物の挿通孔から前記他方側に突出しており、この突出位置にて前記シールド電線のシールド部が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシールドコネクタ構造。
- 前記接続部材の前記第一延出部は、その外周面から凹むとともに周方向に沿った凹溝部を有し、該凹溝部に前記第二シール部材が位置することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシールドコネクタ構造。
- 前記接続部材の前記第一延出部よりも前記一方側は、前記接続部材本体の内周面よりも径が大きく前記一方側に開口した大径部を有し、該大径部と前記シールド電線の外部絶縁被覆の外面との間に前記第一シール部材が位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシールドコネクタ構造。
