Claims (3)
- 対向する一対のフランジを有する樹脂製のボビンと、
前記一対のフランジの間で前記ボビンに巻回されているコイルと、
夫々が一方のフランジから他方のフランジまで架け渡されているとともに前記一対のフランジの間で前記コイルの外周に当接している一対の板材と、
前記一対の板材で画定される前記コイルの2つの外周面の一方のみを覆う樹脂カバーと、
を備えることを特徴とするリアクトル。 - 前記一対の板材の夫々と前記ボビンが、互いに波状面で当接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリアクトル。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のリアクトルの製造方法であり、
前記樹脂カバーは射出成形で形成されており、
射出成形の金型内にて、前記一対の板材の夫々のコイル当接面とは反対側の面が前記金型のキャビティ面に当接しており、前記一対の板材の夫々が前記樹脂カバーを成形するための前記キャビティを画定することを特徴とするリアクトルの製造方法。
