Claims (4)
- 鉄鋼用熱間圧延ラインに設置される誘導加熱装置内に設置される光ファイバ温度センサであって、
前記誘導加熱装置に用いられる絶縁材と同等の耐熱性と絶縁性に優れた材質を用いた極薄型シートからなる筐体内に光ファイバケーブルを収納して形成されていることを特徴とする光ファイバ温度センサ。 - 筐体材料と同材料からなる複数の極薄円柱状材が前記筐体内の複数の箇所に収納され、前記複数の極薄円柱状材の各々に前記光ファイバケーブルを固定せずに距離分解能に相当する長さ以上に巻回することにより複数のセンシングリングを形成し、前記複数のセンシングリングにより前記複数の箇所の温度を測定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ファイバ温度センサ。
- 筐体側面部をシリコンシーリングし、前記筐体の表面全体をシリコン系の液体絶縁材料からなる密封部材により密封することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の光ファイバ温度センサ。
- 前記センシングリングの空隙を埋めるように前記極薄円柱状材と同一構成のスペーサを配置することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3記載の光ファイバ温度センサ。
