Claims (3)
- 電気自動車に搭載され、バッテリの電力を走行用モータの駆動に適した電力に変換する電力変換装置であり、
コンデンサがケースに収容されているとともに、前記ケースと前記コンデンサの間の空間には充填材が介在し、
前記ケースは、前記コンデンサを収容する空間とは別の空間を有しているとともに、電力変換装置内で他の電子部品との間に位置する金属板を備えており、
前記金属板は、その一部が前記ケースに埋設されているとともに残部が前記別の空間内に位置しており、当該別の空間が充填材で充填されており、
前記コンデンサを収容する空間と前記別の空間を隔てるケースの隔壁が、前記コンデンサと前記金属板を隔てている、
ことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記金属板は、ケースの外部へ伸びているとともに、ケースの外部で電力変換装置の筐体に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- ケースと隔壁は、充填材よりも強度の高い樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。
