Claims (7)
- 複数の角形の蓄電セル(11)を積層方向に積層して蓄電モジュール(M)を構成し、積層方向に対して交差する方向に並置した複数の前記蓄電モジュール(M)を、積層方向両側に配置した第1連結プレート(26A)および第2連結プレート(26B)間に挟持して締結部材(29)により一体に締結した蓄電装置であって、
前記第1、第2連結プレート(26A,26B)のそれぞれと前記蓄電モジュール(M)に設けられた被締結部(30)とは前記締結部材(29)により積層方向に締結され、前記被締結部(30)は他の部分よりも積層方向に変形し易いことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電モジュール(M)は前記複数の蓄電セル(11)の積層方向両端に積層された一対のエンドプレート(14A,14B)を備え、前記エンドプレート(14A,14B)は主プレート(22)に副プレート(23)を重ね合わせて複数の固定部(A,B)にて固定され、前記被締結部(30)は相互に隣接する二つの前記固定部(A,B)の間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記被締結部(30)は、前記主プレート(22)あるいは前記副プレート(23)から隆起する隆起部(23e)と、前記隆起部(23e)に設けられて前記締結部材(29)が貫通する締結孔(23d)と、前記隆起部(23e)の一部を切り欠いた切欠き(23f)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電モジュール(M)は前記複数の蓄電セル(11)の積層方向両端に積層された一対のエンドプレート(14A,14B)を備え、前記被締結部(30)は、前記エンドプレート(14A,14B)および前記第1、第2連結プレート(26A,26B)の両方に設けられており、前記エンドプレート(14A,14B)の被締結部(30)および前記第1、第2連結プレート(26A,26B)の被締結部(30)は相互に接近する方向に突出して頂部どうしが当接することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電モジュール(M)は、前記複数の蓄電セル(11)の積層方向両端に積層された一対のエンドプレート(14A,14B)と、前記一対のエンドプレート(14A,14B)どうしを接続する拘束バンド(15,16)とを備え、前記拘束バンド(15,16)の両端には前記複数の蓄電セル(11)の積層方向外面に回り込むエンドプレート固定部(15a,16a)が形成され、前記一対のエンドプレート(14A,14B)は前記エンドプレート固定部(15a,16a)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記エンドプレート(14A,14B)は主プレート(22)に副プレート(23)を重ね合わせて構成され、前記第1、第2連結プレート(26A,26B)は前記副プレート(23)に締結され、前記副プレート(23)は前記エンドプレート固定部(15a,16a)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の蓄電装置。
- 複数の角形の蓄電セル(11)を積層方向に積層して蓄電モジュール(M)を構成し、積層方向に対して交差する方向に並置した複数の前記蓄電モジュール(M)を、積層方向両側に配置した第1連結プレート(26A)および第2連結プレート(26B)間に挟持して締結部材(29)により一体に締結した蓄電装置であって、
前記蓄電モジュール(M)は積層方向両端部に積層されたエンドプレート(14A,14B)を備え、前記エンドプレート(14A,14B)は積層方向内側に位置する主プレート(12)と積層方向外側に位置する副プレート(23)とからなり、前記副プレート(23)はその両端部(B)で前記主プレート(12)に固定され、前記第1、第2連結プレート(26A,26B)のそれぞれと前記副プレート(23)とは前記二つの固定部(B)の間で前記締結部材(29)により積層方向に締結されることを特徴とする蓄電装置。
