Claims (6)
- 一定強度の固定磁界を発生させる永久磁石と、供給電流に応じた強度の磁界を発生させ得る電磁石とを、双方の磁界が干渉しないように配置し、車輌エンジンの駆動力を受けて回転するロータと、
前記ロータの永久磁石の磁極面と近接対向する永久磁石用ステータコアおよび電磁石の磁極部と近接対向する電磁石用ステータコアを別体に設けて離隔配置し、前記ロータで発生する永久磁石の回転磁界および電磁石の回転磁界がそれぞれ前記永久磁石用ステータコアおよび前記電磁石用ステータコアを介して同時に作用し得るようにステータコイルを取り付けたステータと、
を含む発電機と、
前記ステータのステータコイルに生じた交流を直流に変換する整流手段と、
前記整流手段により整流された直流の電圧を検知する発電電圧検知手段と、
前記発電電圧検知手段により検知された発電電圧が予め定めた規定値より低い場合には、永久磁石の磁束と同じ向きの磁束を電磁石に発生させる順方向電流を電磁石の界磁コイルへ供給し、前記発電電圧検知手段により検知された発電電圧が既定値に達すると順方向電流を停止する電圧増加制御を行い、前記発電電圧検知手段により検知された発電電圧が規定値より高い場合には、永久磁石の磁束と逆向きの磁束を電磁石に発生させる逆方向電流を電磁石の界磁コイルへ供給し、前記発電電圧検知手段により検知された発電電圧が既定値に達すると逆方向電流を停止する電圧低減制御を行う発電制御手段と、
を含む発電機制御部と、
から成る発電機能部を有する電気自動車用バッテリー充電装置であって、
前記発電機能部は、給電線で接続された充電対象である電気自動車の充電情報を取得し、該充電情報に応じた適切な充電環境となるように充電電圧および充電電流を保持した電力を供給して、電気自動車用バッテリーを充電することを特徴とする電気自動車用バッテリー充電装置。 - 前記発電機制御部は、充電動作中、電気自動車用バッテリーへの充電電圧および充電電流を常時監視し、適切な充電環境として予め定めた上限充電電圧または上限充電電流を監視値が越えた異常状態になると、電気自動車用バッテリーへの給電を即座に停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリー充電装置。
- 前記発電機制御部は、充電対象である電気自動車へ必要十分な充電を行うために要する充電時間を予め算定し、充電開始から前記充電時間が経過することに基づいて充電動作を停止するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気自動車用バッテリー充電装置。
- 前記発電機により生成した電力によって充電可能な補助バッテリーを搭載したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電気自動車用バッテリー充電装置。
- 前記補助バッテリーは、外部の商用電源から充電可能としたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気自動車用バッテリー充電装置。
- 前記請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電気自動車用バッテリー充電装置を車体に装備したことを特徴とするレスキュー車。
