(1)中性で安全性が高く、取り扱いが容易で周辺環境に悪影響を及ぼすことがない。
(2)処理対象が有機物、無機物に関わらず、また海水、淡水を問わずSS・BOD・CODを大幅に削減できる。
(3)粉体または溶水凝集剤なので直接投入が可能で、溶解処理施設が小規模で済み経済的である。
(4)プラントを簡素化でき、イニシャルコスト及びランニングコストを従来に比して1/3程度に低減できる。
(5)脱臭効果が高く、また脱水効果も高く再汚泥化し難い。
(6)即効性がある。
(1)「土木工事分野」:トンネル・ダム・河川改修工事の排水処理、河川・湖沼浚渫工事の排水処理、シールド工法・推進工事・アンカー工事・配管布設工事の濁水排水処理、ベントナイト排水処理、採石場排水処理・砂濾過・海砂除塩の洗浄水処理。
(2)「生コン製造分野」:生コンミキサー車洗車排水処理、生コン工場・コンクリート二次製品工場の排水処置。
(3)「農林水産分野」:畜産・酪農・養殖・園芸等の汚水処理・水質改善。汚染土壌の改良・農地基盤整備に伴う排水処理。
(4)「工業・下水分野」:製鉄・製紙・食品加工・化学・メッキ工場等の排水処理、クリーニング工場・ガソリンスタンドの排水処理、下水・し尿・浄化槽の汚泥処理。
(5)「食品分野」:焼酎粕・酒粕等の排水処理、食品排水処理。

Claims (1)
- 懸濁排水が流入する貯留槽と、該貯留槽に隔壁を介して連設された沈殿槽と、前記沈殿槽の下方に、移動自在に据付けられたスラリー用脱水器と、前記沈殿槽に隔壁を介して連設された清水槽と、前記貯留槽内を曝気撹拌すると共に、脱水後の水を当該貯留槽へ循環させるエアーポンプと、前記貯留槽内に流入した汚泥水中のスラッジを濾別して前記沈殿槽へ導出する第1のフィルタと、当該沈殿槽の上澄み水をさらに濾過して清水槽へ導出する第2のフィルタとから成り、前記貯留槽、沈殿槽及び清水槽の全てに無機系中性凝集剤を添加したことを特徴とする汚泥水浄化システム。
