Claims (9)
- 液晶パネル内で垂直方向に形成された複数の垂直ゲートライン及び複数のデータラインと;
前記液晶パネル内で水平方向に形成された複数の水平ゲートラインであって、前記複数の垂直ゲートラインとは異なるレイヤに形成されている複数の水平ゲートラインと;
前記液晶パネルの上側または下側の非表示領域に配置され、前記複数の垂直ゲートラインと接続されてスキャン信号を供給し、前記複数のデータラインと接続されてデータ電圧を供給する複数のドライブICと;
複数の共通電圧ラインとを備え、
前記複数の垂直ゲートラインと前記複数の水平ゲートラインは、互いに重畳する領域で1ラインずつ対をなしてコンタクトを通じて電気的に接続され、
前記複数の垂直ゲートラインと前記複数のデータラインは、互いに異なるレイヤ又は同じレイヤに形成されており、
前記共通電圧ラインは、平面視において前記垂直ゲートラインと前記データラインとの間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、液晶ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記液晶パネル内の第1レイヤに前記複数の垂直ゲートラインが形成され、
前記液晶パネル内であって前記第1レイヤの上側に位置する第2レイヤに前記複数のデータライン及び前記複数の共通電圧ラインが形成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1レイヤと前記第2レイヤの間に形成された絶縁層と、
前記データライン及び前記共通電圧ライン上部に形成されたゲート絶縁層及び保護層と、
前記保護層上部に形成された平坦化層と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の液晶ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記液晶パネル内の第1レイヤに前記複数の共通電圧ラインが形成されており、
前記液晶パネル内の第2レイヤに前記複数の垂直ゲートライン及び前記複数のデータラインが形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1レイヤと前記第2レイヤの間に形成されたゲート絶縁層と、
前記データライン及び前記共通電圧ライン上部に形成された保護層と、
前記保護層上部に形成された平坦化層と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の液晶ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記液晶パネル内の第1レイヤに前記複数の垂直ゲートライン及び前記複数のデータラインが形成され、
前記液晶パネル内であって前記第1レイヤの上側に位置する第2レイヤに前記共通電圧ラインが形成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1レイヤと前記第2レイヤの間に形成されたゲート絶縁層と、
前記共通電圧ライン上部に形成された保護層と、
前記保護層上部に形成された平坦化層と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液晶ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記液晶パネル内の第1レイヤに前記複数の垂直ゲートラインが形成され、
前記液晶パネル内であって前記第1レイヤの上側に位置する第2レイヤに前記共通電圧ラインが形成され、
前記液晶パネル内であって前記第2レイヤの上側に位置する第3レイヤに前記データラインが形成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1レイヤと前記第2レイヤの間に形成された絶縁層と、
前記第2レイヤと前記第3レイヤの間に形成されたゲート絶縁層と、
前記データライン上部に形成された保護層及び平坦化層をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の液晶ディスプレイ装置。
