Description
Claims (24)
- ワーキングチャネルを介して目標処置領域まで操作部材を送達するために構成された拡張可能な支持装置であって、
前記操作部材を支持して圧潰構成と拡張構成との間で前記拡張可能な支持装置の拡張を促進するように構成された弾性体であって、前記弾性体をガイドアセンブリと連結するために構成された基端部と、前記基端部とは反対側の先端部と、前記弾性体の前記基端部と前記先端部との間に延在している中心軸とを備える前記弾性体と、
前記弾性体と連結され且つ前記中心軸に対して平行に並べられた1つ以上の支持部とを備え、
前記支持部は、前記弾性体の前記中心軸の少なくとも一部に沿って延在している少なくとも1つの中心支持部を有していて、少なくとも前記中心支持部は、少なくとも高弾性又は超弾性材料を含む、拡張可能な支持装置。 - 前記1つ以上の支持部が、叉骨形構成で配置された2つの支持部を備える、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記1つ以上の支持部が、三又構成で配置された3つの支持部を備える、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記1つ以上の支持部が、前記弾性体の前記中心軸の少なくとも一部に沿って延在している単一の支持部から構成されている、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記1つ以上の支持部のうちの少なくとも1つが、直線支持部又は縦支持部として構成されている、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記超弾性材料がニチノールを含む、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記高弾性材料がバネ鋼を含む、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記弾性体と連結された前記1つ以上の支持部のうちの少なくとも1つが、ポリイミドを含む、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- ポリイミドを含む前記1つ以上の支持部のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記弾性体の周囲に配設されている、請求項8に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- さらに、
前記弾性体上に配設された前記操作部材を備える、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。 - 前記操作部材が、アブレーション装置である、請求項10に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- さらに、
前記1つ以上の支持部のそれぞれの先端を囲む保護パディングを備える、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。 - 前記保護パディングがシリコーンを含む、請求項12に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記弾性体の前記基端部が、前記弾性体の前記先端部側とは反対側に先細りしており、前記ワーキングチャネル内の前記拡張可能な支持装置の移動を容易とするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記弾性体がシリコーンを含む、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記弾性体が透明である、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記弾性体が、成形された弾性体である、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記ワーキングチャネルが、内視鏡又はカテーテルの少なくとも一部を含む、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記1つ以上の支持部が、シリコーン接着剤を使用して前記弾性体と連結されている、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 前記弾性体の前記基端部の片側が、前記操作部材が配置された前記弾性体の側の特定を容易とするように少なくともマーキング又はテクスチャリングを含む、請求項1に記載の拡張可能な支持装置。
- 目標処置領域まで処置を送達するシステムであって、
該システムは、ワーキングチャネルを介して前記目標処置領域まで操作部材を送達するために構成された拡張可能な支持装置を有していて、
前記支持装置は、
前記操作部材を支持して圧潰構成と拡張構成との間で前記拡張可能な支持装置の拡張を促進するように構成された弾性体であって、前記弾性体をガイドアセンブリと連結するために構成された基端部と、前記基端部とは反対側の先端部と、前記弾性体の前記基端部と前記先端部との間に延在している中心軸とを備える前記弾性体と、
前記弾性体と連結され且つ前記中心軸に対して平行に並べられた1つ以上の支持部とを備え、
前記支持部は、前記弾性体の前記中心軸の少なくとも一部に沿って延在している少なくとも1つの中心支持部を有していて、少なくとも前記中心支持部は、少なくとも高弾性又は超弾性材料を含み、
該システムは、さらに前記弾性体上に配設された前記操作部材を備えるシステム。 - さらに、
ガイド軸と、
前記ガイド軸に対して前記拡張可能な支持装置を連結するように構成された連結機構とを備える前記ガイドアセンブリを備える、請求項21に記載のシステム。 - さらに、
前記ワーキングチャネルが、前記拡張可能な支持装置と前記ガイドアセンブリとを受けるように構成されている、請求項22に記載のシステム。 - 前記操作部材が、アブレーション装置を備え、
前記ワーキングチャネルが、内視鏡又はカテーテルの少なくとも一部を含む、請求項23に記載のシステム。
