Description
Claims (9)
- 患者への流体搬送用の輸液ポンプ(2)に係合するカセットであって、
4つの外壁(10,20,30,40)および2つの面(50,60)を有する筐体(5)であり、第1および第3の外壁(10,30)が、互いに対向して配置され、それぞれが、入口または出口管支持部(15,35)が嵌められる開口(12,32)を伴う平坦壁を有すると共に、流体を方向付ける前記カセット(1)の可撓性の管(75)を保持する第1および第2の端部(10,30)を規定し、前記管(75)が該管(75)を通る流体を流動させる前記輸液ポンプ(2)のポンピング機構(210)に係合するように構成される筐体(5)と、
前記管(75)に係合されるフロー防止弁機構(100)であり、当該フロー防止弁機構(100)が、筐体の内部に配置され、可動部材(103)と力付与部材(110)とを有し、流体非搬送位置で前記管(75)に対して付勢されて該管を通る流れを阻止し、前記可動部材(103)が、締付ヘッドと、前記カセットの筐体(5)及び前記フロー防止弁機構(100)に動作可能なように関連付けられ、前記流体非搬送位置と、前記管(75)に流体が流れるように前記力付与部材(110)の付勢が克服される流体搬送位置との間を移動可能なように配置されたタブ部材(107)と、を有するフロー防止弁機構(100)と、
を備え、
前記力付与部材(110)は、圧縮ばねであり、
前記タブ部材(107)は、前記流体非搬送位置および前記流体搬送位置の双方において、前記筐体(5)の前記2つの面(50,60)の第1の面(50)の開口(57)を通じて可動部材(103)の向きおよび力付与部材(110)の軸に対して垂直に突出し、
前記筐体(5)が前記輸液ポンプ(2)との係合のために構成されて寸法付けられている、カセット。 - 前記筐体(5)が略矩形であり、前記輸液ポンプ(2)の開口に嵌るように構成され寸法付けられ、前記輸液ポンプの前記ポンピング機構(210)に係合されるときに前記管(75)の長尺部が剛性の湾曲壁(25)と前記ポンピング機構(210)との間に接触して正確に配置されるように、前記管(75)の長尺部が当該カセット(1)の前記端部同士の間かつ前記筐体(5)の前記湾曲壁(25)の正面に一直線状に保持される、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- 前記締付ヘッドが、前記力付与部材に接触する相対的に広い横断面と、前記管(75)に接触して該管に対する前記力付与部材の力を集中させる相対的に狭い横断面とを有する、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- 前記筐体(5)が、前記輸液ポンプ(2)との係合中に当該カセット(1)を位置合わせするための位置合わせ溝(53)を有し、前記筐体(5)が、前記管(75)に隣接して該管を通る流体の流れの監視または検出を可能にする少なくとも1つの窓(68)を含む、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- 前記筐体(5)が成型プラスチックからなり、前記管(75)が弾性材またはシリコン材からなり、該管(75)が前記筐体(5)内の入口支持部と出口支持部(15,35)との間に保持され、前記管支持部のそれぞれが雄接合部および雌接合部を含み、前記入口支持部(15)では、前記管内に嵌るように前記雄接合部が構成され寸法付けられ、流体供給部に延びる前記管を受け入れるように前記雌接合部が構成され寸法付けられ、前記出口支持部(35)では、前記管内に嵌るように前記雄接合部が構成され寸法付けられ、患者へ延びる前記管の長尺部を受け入れるように前記雌接合部が構成され寸法付けられる、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- a)請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカセット(1)と、
b)輸液ポンプ(2)と
を備え、
前記輸液ポンプ(2)が、前記カセット(1)を受け入れるように構成され寸法付けられる開口(230)を有するポンプ筐体(205)と、前記タブ部材(107)に係合するための作動機構(220)であり、前記流体非搬送位置と前記流体搬送位置との間で前記タブ部材を移動させて前記管(75)に流体が流れるようにする作動機構とを含み、ポンピング機構(210)が、前記カセットが前記輸液ポンプ(2)に係合したときに、可撓性の前記管(75)に係合して該管を通る流体を流動させるように設計されており、前記作動機構(220)が、前記タブ部材(107)を移動させる際に、前記カセット(1)と前記ポンピング機構(210)の両方から独立して移動するように設計されている、流体搬送システム。 - 前記ポンピング機構(210)が、該ポンピング機構(210)および前記カセット(1)が係合するたびに、前記管に流体が適正に流れるようにする十分な量で前記管に張力を付与するのに必要な量で可撓性の前記管(75)を引き伸ばすように設計されている、請求項6に記載の流体搬送システム。
- 前記作動機構(220)が、前記カセット(1)が前記輸液ポンプ(2)に係合されると、または前記カセットが前記輸液ポンプに係合された後のいずれかに前記流体非搬送位置と前記流体搬送位置との間で前記タブ部材(107)を移動させるように設計されている、請求項6に記載の流体搬送システム。
- 前記カセット(1)の前記筐体が、前記輸液ポンプ(2)との係合中に前記カセット(1)を位置合わせするための位置合わせ溝(53)を有し、前記筐体(5)が略矩形であり、前記輸液ポンプ(2)の開口に嵌るように構成され寸法付けられ、前記輸液ポンプが、前記カセット(1)の前記位置合わせ溝(53)に係合する少なくとも1つの位置合わせ部品と、前記管を通る流体の流れを監視または検出するための窓(68)と光学的に整列される少なくとも1つのセンサとをさらに有する、請求項6に記載の流体搬送システム。
