Description

The present invention relates to a microwave oven heating apparatus for heating a sheet food so as to obtain a good texture using a microwave oven when eating a sheet food such as dry seaweed, thin baked egg, and crepe. It is.

(特許文献1、2参照)   Conventionally, there are foods that have been cooked in advance and that can be heated and eaten by microwave irradiation in a microwave oven. A heating layer (for example, a layer made of metal vapor deposition) that generates heat upon receiving microwave irradiation is provided on the inner surface side, and the food is stored in the container so that the food is covered, and cooking using a microwave oven A packaging container has been proposed for the purpose of obtaining a food texture suitable for eating, such as by baking the surface of the food in contact with the heat generating layer with heat from the heat generating layer.
By the way, as a food to be heated before eating, there is laver (dried laver). Traditionally, this seaweed (in the form of plate seaweed) is scented by burning, and a crisp texture is also obtained, making it an old-fashioned food suitable for cooked rice. However, at present, fire-powered heaters (such as briquette stoves) that can be easily used when drying dry seaweed are not used in ordinary households, and gas stoves in kitchens in ordinary households are too hot as direct fire. It is difficult to use. Furthermore, even if it is burned so as not to burn with a briquette or gas stove, the seaweed itself is likely to be rounded like a cylinder, and it is difficult to perform a frying operation while suppressing the rounding.
Therefore, in the present inventor, today, the microwave oven is generally widely used as a cooking device, and as described above, the food is generated by the heat generated by the microwave heating cooking sheet that receives microwave irradiation. It is focused on the fact that it can be heated, and in order to use this microwave oven to heat dry seaweed with a direct flame as in the past, heating with a heating device for microwave ovens The purpose is to make the sheet and sheet-like food in close contact and to uniformly heat while suppressing the deformation of dry seaweed, and to make it easy to eat seaweed with aroma and crispy feeling without hassle To do.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and includes a heating unit in which a plurality of flexible clamping plates are connected via a folding part, and an end of the heating part connected to the end via the folding part. A heating plate formed by folding a plurality of holding plates in a folded form from a holding plate opposite to the side where the heating plate is connected. Prepared,
The heating unit has a heating sheet for cooking in a microwave oven attached to a facing surface side of at least one of the sandwiching plates opposed to each other by folding, and the sheet-like food is heated in the heating sheet for cooking in a microwave oven. Is provided so as to be able to bend in a cross-section arc shape in a state of being sandwiched between sandwiching plates,
The pedestal has shape holding means for maintaining the curved shape of the heating part by detachably engaging the heating part curved in a cross-section arc shape,

Provided to solve the above problems.

In the present invention, it is possible that the heating sheet for cooking by heating in the microwave oven is attached to each of the opposing surfaces of the sandwich plate that sandwiches the sheet-like food.

In the present invention, the heating sheet for cooking by heating in a microwave oven may be embossed.

In the present invention, the sandwiching plate and the base plate can be made of paper.

(Effect of the invention of claim 1)
In the invention of claim 1, by placing a sheet-like food such as dry seaweed between sandwiching plates facing each other in the heating unit, the heating sheet for cooking by heating in a microwave oven corresponds to the sheet-like food. By curving the sandwiching plate, the adhesion between the heating sheet for microwave heating cooking and the sheet-like food is enhanced, and microwave heating of the microwave oven is received while maintaining the adhesion. If the heating sheet for heat generation generates heat, the sheet-like food will be heated as a whole without unevenness. And if the aroma which baked the food is released, and water | moisture content is blown away and a sheet-like food will be a dry seaweed, a crisp feeling good baked seaweed will come to be obtained. In addition, since the sheet-like food can be heated with the heat-generating sheet for microwave heating cooking while being sandwiched between the sandwich plates, the sheet-like food can be prevented from being rounded like a cylinder.

(Effect of the invention of claim 2)
According to the invention of claim 2, since the heating sheet for cooking by microwave heating is disposed on each of the opposing surfaces of the sandwiching plates facing each other in the heating unit, the sheet-like food is sandwiched between the sandwiching plates of the heating unit. If microwaves are irradiated in a state where the sheet is positioned, the sheet-like food is heated from both sides, and the sheet-like food can be heated more reliably.

(Effect of the invention of claim 3)
According to the invention of claim 3, the heat generating sheet for microwave heating cooking is embossed and has a cushioning property that allows the heat generating sheet for microwave heating cooking to be elastically pushed in its thickness direction. Thus, the heating sheet for cooking by heating in a microwave oven is deformed in the thickness direction in a state that matches the surface shape of the sandwiched sheet-like food, can be in close contact with each other, and can be heated more reliably.

(Effect of the invention of claim 4)
According to the invention of claim 4, the sandwich plate and the base plate are made of paper material, and among various materials for packaging food, the paper material is a relatively heat resistant packaging material. In general, it is a material that can sufficiently withstand temperatures close to 200 ° C. suitable for baking dry seaweed using a microwave oven. Therefore, it is possible to mold the sandwich plate and the base plate that is continuous with the conventional paper punching molding while ensuring heat resistance, that is, punching the instrument body part excluding the heat generating sheet with paper material, etc. The manufacturing cost can be kept low.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a microwave oven that is made by combining paper as a main material and a heating sheet for cooking by heating in a microwave oven, which will be described later. The microwave heating apparatus 1 includes a heating unit 5 including two sandwiching plates 3 and 4 that are connected to each other through a first folding unit 2 and folded in a spreadable manner so as to have substantially the same shape. The heating unit 5 is formed of a base plate 7 connected to a side opposite to the first folding unit 2 in one clamping plate 4 via a second folding unit 6 and is curved as described later. , And a base portion 8 which becomes a flat bottom in the microwave heating apparatus 1.

As shown in the developed view of the microwave heating apparatus 1, the two sandwiching plates 3, 4 and the base plate 7 are connected via the first folding portion 2 and the second folding portion 6. Further, a tab 10 is connected to the side of the base plate 7 opposite to the holding plate 4 via a third fold 9. An instrument main body 11 in which the clamping plate 3, the clamping plate 4, the base plate 7, and the knob 10 are connected in series is obtained by punching a paper material. The sandwiching plate 3 is folded on the sandwiching plate 4, and the folded sandwiching plates 3 and 4 are folded together and folded in the same folding direction from the second folding portion 6 to the base plate 7 side. ing. In this way, the holding plate 3 opposite to the side where the base plate 7 of the heating unit 5 is connected is started to be folded, and the heating plate 5 is folded from the holding plate 3 so as to be folded. It is made to overlap with the upper surface side of the base plate 7 which is a terminal end, and the base portion 8 constituted by the base plate 7 serves as a flat bottom to support the heating portion 5. Further, as described later, the first folding portion 2 is placed on the table so that the two sandwiching plates 3 and 4 are in a curved state, that is, the heating portion 5 is maintained in a curved state. The shape that can be locked to the portion 8 is formed by folding.

Of the facing surfaces 3a and 4a of the sandwiching plate 3 and the sandwiching plate 4 that are folded over by the heating unit 5 and facing each other, the facing surface of the sandwiching plate 4 that is located on the uppermost side in the microwave heating device 1 4a, a heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating with a microwave oven having a size smaller than that of the sandwiching plate 4 is disposed, and the heating unit 5 positions a sheet-like food 13 such as dry seaweed between the sandwiching plates 3 and 4, The microwave-heated cooking sheet 12 is heated by being irradiated with microwaves while the sheet-like food 13 is in contact with the microwave-heated heating sheet 12 and sandwiched between the sandwiching plates 3 and 4. I try to do it. The sandwiching plate 4 is provided with arc-shaped slits 14 at positions corresponding to the opposing side portions of the heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating the microwave oven, and each of the slits 14 is heated by the microwave oven. The side of the cooking heat generating sheet 12 is inserted, and the heat generating sheet 12 for microwave thermosensitive cooking is detachably attached. In addition, attachment of the heat generating sheet 12 for microwave heating cooking is not limited to this example.

Place the sheet food such as dry seaweed on the heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating in the microwave oven, and place it on the sandwiching plate 3 on the opposite side of the first folding part 2. A convex portion 15 is provided that protrudes outward (a direction along the connecting direction of the sandwiching plates 3 and 4). Further, the second folding part 6 between the sandwiching plate 4 and the above-described base plate 7 on which the sandwiching plate 3 is folded is placed between the pair of creases 16 as shown in the figure. It is made continuous by a notch 17 that is convex toward the side, and has a notch shape that is located on the base plate 7 side from the extended line of the crease 16.

And the said convex part 15 of the clamping board 3 overlaid so that the heat generating sheet 12 for microwave oven cooking and the sheet-like food 13 may be covered, as shown in FIG. It is provided so as not to overlap the notch 17 while correspondingly located on the extension. That is, the convex portion 15 corresponds to the convex portion 18 formed by projecting from the sandwiching plate 4 to the base plate 7 side by the notch 17, and the heating unit 5 is folded to the base portion 8 side as shown in FIG. Thus, the projection 15 is provided in the opening 19 formed by the projection 18 projecting outward, so that the mutual displacement between the clamping plate 3 and the clamping plate 4 does not increase. Further, since the opening 19 is formed, the water vapor generated from the sheet-like food 13 heated by the heating unit 5 is not only the upper and lower gaps (between the upper and lower sides of the sandwiching plates 3 and 4) of the heating unit 5. In addition, it can be discharged from the opening 19.

The base plate 7 of the base portion 8 composed of the base plate 7 and the knob 10 has a width dimension in a direction orthogonal to the folding portions 2 and 6 smaller than a width dimension of the heating portion 5 in the same direction. It has been. And the base part 8 has the shape holding means 20 which maintains the heating part 5 in the curved state which becomes circular arc shape in the cross section in the direction orthogonal to the folding parts 2 and 6, and this shape holding means 20 As described above, it is located in the third folding part 9 between the base plate 7 and the knob 10 having a width smaller than the width of the heating part 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, the third fold portion 9 is formed by connecting the crease 21 divided into three parts with a notch 22 that is convex toward the knob 10 side. As the cut shape located on the knob 10 side from the extension line 21, the knob 10 is folded from the position of the third fold 9 with respect to the base plate 7, thereby forming an opening at the position of the cut 22. Shape holding means 20 is formed.

In the base part 8, the width dimension of the base plate 7 is provided smaller than the width dimension of the heating part 5, and the shape holding means 20 is provided between the base plate 7 and the knob 10 and is folded down to the base part 8 side. By holding the part of the first folding part 2 of the heating part 5 by the shape holding means 20, the heating part 5 is in a curved state with an arcuate cross section. As shown in FIG. 2, the heating unit 5 is fastened to the shape holding unit 20 by engaging the convex portion 23 formed by cutting at a position corresponding to the shape holding unit 20 in the first folding unit 2. The heating unit 5 is held in a curved state by the detachable locking of the convex portion 23 to the shape holding means 20 shown in FIG. The difference between the width dimension of the base plate 7 and the width dimension of the heating unit 5 is preferably not less than 1 cm when the width dimension of the heating unit 5 is 15 cm, for example. Of course, it is desirable to make it the range which does not impair the flexibility of each clamping board.

The formation of the convex portion 23 in the first fold portion 2 is the same as that of the second fold portion 6 and the third fold portion 9 described above. The first folding part 2 is formed in a shape connected by a notch 25 having a convex shape on the 3 side, and the convex part 23 is formed at the part of the notch 25 when the first folding part 2 becomes the folding position. Is done. Of course, the locking method to the shape holding means 20 is not limited to this example.

The material which forms the said apparatus main body 11 of the microwave oven 1 should just have the heat resistance which has flexibility and can fully endure the heat_generation | fever of the said heating sheet for microwave heating cooking. If it is a normal paper material used as a general packaging material, it has sufficient flexibility and heat resistance enough to withstand even if it is in contact with a heat-generating sheet for heating by a microwave oven. Therefore, as described above, it is preferable to select a paper material as the material of the appliance main body 11, and if it is a paper material, the appliance main body 11 can be easily folded. The sandwiching operation is also easy. And it can satisfy | fill the conditions which the clamping plates 3 and 4 of the heating part 5 have flexibility and also have heat resistance. As a specific material, card paper “Pearl Card” (350 g / m 2 ) manufactured by Mitsubishi Paper Industries Co., Ltd. can be used.

(図6) The heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating in the microwave oven shown in the above example is an embossed conductive paper 27 (craft paper, Oji Paper Co., Ltd. “Whale” (100 g / m 2 )). ). As the heat generating film 26, a metal vapor deposition such as aluminum vapor deposition is performed on the lower surface (embossed paper side) of the heat resistant film and covered with a protective paper, and when the metal vapor deposition layer is irradiated with microwaves from a microwave oven. It is a layer that generates heat. (Fig. 6)

As described above, the heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating in the microwave oven includes the embossed paper 27 that has been embossed, and the embossed paper 27 serves as a cushion layer. As described above, the heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating in a microwave oven has a cushion layer on the lower side (on the sandwiching plate 4 side) of the heating portion to be a layer. When sandwiched between the heating parts 5 in a state of being opposed to each other, the embossed paper 27 corresponding to the curved bent part in the thickness direction of the sheet-like food 13 is deformed by being thinned or crushed, and generates heat. The film 26 is provided so as to be in contact with the surface shape of the sheet-like food 13. Therefore, the heating from the heating sheet 12 for microwave cooking can be appropriately applied to the sheet-like food. As an alternative to providing cushioning to the microwave oven cooking sheet 12, the sandwich plate side on which the microwave oven cooking sheet is placed is embossed to elastically heat the microwave heating sheet. It is also possible to make it contact the food product side.

In addition, since the heating unit 5 itself has a curved shape with a circular arc cross section, the shape does not change even if the heating sheet 12 for microwave heating cooking is heated. Therefore, the sheet-like food is also baked while the deformation due to heating is suppressed and the sheet-like shape is maintained.

FIG. 7 is a device that makes it easy to take out the microwave heating device 1 heated by microwave irradiation from the inside of the microwave oven, and is cut and raised from the base plate 7 to be positioned on the center line of the microwave heating device. In addition, a pair of knobs 28 projecting outward in the same direction as the direction along the third folding portion 9 of the base portion 8 and opposite to each other are provided. Thus, since the knob piece 28 cut and raised from the side of the base portion 8 is formed in two pieces and protrudes in the opposite direction, the heating that is heated under the influence of the heat generation of the heating sheet for microwave heating cooking is heated. Without touching the part 5, the two pieces 28 can be picked and easily taken out of the microwave oven.

Similarly, FIG. 7 shows a device for easily discharging water vapor generated from the sheet-like food 13 between the sandwiching plate 3 and the sandwiching plate 4 when the sheet-like food 13 is sandwiched in the heating unit 5 and cooked in a microwave oven. In the heating unit 5, a substantially I-shaped slit 29 is provided in the sandwiching plate 4, which is a plate material on the upper side in the heating unit 5, so that the notch edges are opened by the curvature of the sandwiching plate 4. . If it does in this way, the water vapor | steam which arises from a sheet-like foodstuff at the time of microwave irradiation will be discharge | released outside from the slit 29, and will not remain in a heating part, and it can make it easier to keep the baking state of a sheet-like foodstuff better.

In the above embodiment, the heating sheet for cooking by heating the microwave oven is positioned on the opposing surface of one of the sandwich plates. However, the heating sheet for heating cooking by the microwave oven is arranged on both opposing surfaces, so that the sheet-like food is disposed. May be heated from both sides.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the heating unit 5 is shown in a form in which the two sandwiching plates 3 and 4 are connected via the first folding unit 2. The heating unit 5 is not limited to a form in which two sandwiching plates are connected, and three or more sandwiching plates may be connected. In the microwave heating apparatus 1 shown in FIG. 8, the clamping plate 30 is connected to the clamping plate 3 on the opposite side of the clamping plate 3 in the above embodiment via a fourth folding part 31, and the clamping plate 30 is a fold starting portion when winding.

In other words, in this example, the sandwiching plate 30 is folded on the sandwiching plate 3 by folding from the fourth folding portion 31, and the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 3 are further folded onto the sandwiching plate 4 in the state described above. The heating unit 5 in which the three sandwiching plates 3, 30, 4 are overlapped with the sandwiching plate 30 on the inside is the same as in the above-described embodiment. In this way, the base portion 8 can be supported in a curved state in a circular arc shape.

In this embodiment in which the three sandwiching plates 3, 30, and 4 are folded, the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 3 are opposed to each other when the sandwiching plate 30 is wound, and the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 4 are in contact with each other. The heating plate 12 for cooking by heating in the microwave oven is disposed on the facing surface 3a of the sandwiching plate 3 among the facing surfaces 30a and 3a of the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 3, which are opposed to each other. In the same manner as described above, the side of the heating sheet for cooking by heating in the microwave oven is inserted into an arc-shaped slit 14 provided for the sandwiching plate 3.

And among the opposing surface 30b which is the opposite surface of the opposing surface 30a of the clamping plate 30 and the opposing surface 4a of the clamping plate 4, the heating sheet 12 for heating the microwave oven is also provided on the opposing surface 4a as in the above embodiment. It is attached. Thus, as shown in FIG. 8, the heating sheet 12 for microwave heating cooking is arrange | positioned at the opposing surface 3a and the opposing surface 4a which become the same surface side of this instrument main body 11. As shown in FIG.

In the microwave oven 1 having the three clamping plates 30, 3, and 4, the heating plate 12 for microwave heating cooking is disposed between the opposing clamping plates 30 and 3, and the clamping plate 30. The sheet-like food 13 can be sandwiched between the sandwiching plates 4, and the microwave heating apparatus 1 is placed in a microwave oven with the sheet-like food 13 disposed between the opposing plates. By causing the heat generating sheet 12 to generate heat, more sheet-like food 13 can be heated than in the above embodiment.

For example, the sheet-like food 13 is sandwiched by placing the sheet-like food 13 on the heat-generating sheet 12 for cooking by heating in a microwave oven that is attached to the sandwiching plate 3 of the unfolded appliance body 11 and placing the sheet-like food 13 thereon. Fold 30. Then, the sheet-like food 13 is placed on the heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating in the microwave oven attached to the sandwiching plate 4, and the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 3 sandwiching the sheet-like food 13 thereon. What is necessary is just to fold up the overlap part.

The heating unit 5 in which the sheet-like food 13 is sandwiched between the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 3 and between the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 4 is changed from the second folding unit 6 to the base unit 8. Bend it to the side. Then, the two convex portions 23 projecting at the position of the first folding portion 2 are locked to the shape holding means 20 in the same manner as in the above-described embodiment in a state where the heating portion 5 is curved in an arc shape in cross section. By this locking, the heating unit 5 is fixed to the base unit 8 in a state of being curved in a cross-sectional arc shape.

In this way, the heating unit 5 is fastened to the shape holding means 20 of the base unit 8, and the heating sheet for microwave heating cooking is provided between the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 3 and between the sandwiching plate 30 and the sandwiching plate 4. Each of the sandwich plates is made by the microwave heating cooking sheet 12 which is heated by placing the microwave heating device 1 in a microwave oven and putting it in a state where the sheet-like food 12 is in contact with 12. The sheet food 12 in between can be heated.

Further, in this embodiment, in order to cause the convex portion 15 to protrude at the position of the fourth folding portion 31 by folding the clamping plate 30 to the clamping plate 3 side, the fourth folding portion 31 is It is formed in such a manner that the two creases 32 are connected by a notch 33 having a convex shape toward the holding plate 30, and when the holding plate 30 is bent from the fourth folding portion 31 to the holding plate 3 side. Further, the convex portion 15 is formed in the portion of the cut 33. In this way, by projecting the sandwiching plate 30 to the sandwiching plate 3 side and folding the sandwiching plate 30, the protruding portion 15 that projects in the same manner as in the above embodiment is obtained.

Then, in the heating unit 5 that folds the three sandwich plates 30, 3, 4 from the sandwich plate 30 side, the overlapping portion of the sandwich plate 30 and the sandwich plate 3 is folded on the sandwich plate 4. In the same manner as in the above embodiment, the convex portion 15 corresponds to the convex portion 18 in the second folding portion 6, and the base portion 8 is in a state where the overlapping portion of the three sandwiching plates 30, 3, 4 is curved. When folded to the side, the convex portion 15 enters the opening portion 19 formed by projecting the convex portion 18 outward so that the mutual displacement between the clamping plate 30 and the clamping plate 4 does not increase. Of course, the opening 19 has a function of releasing water vapor generated from the sheet-like food 13 during heating, as in the above embodiment.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, a substantially I-shaped slit 29 is provided in the sandwiching plate 4 so that water vapor generated from the sheet-like food 13 during heating is released to the outside through the slit 29 so that water vapor does not accumulate in the heating portion. In this embodiment, the sandwich plate 3 and the sandwich plate 4 that constitute the outer surface of the heating unit 5 for the same purpose are provided. A plurality of slits 29 are inserted in the two. Further, the base plate 7 is provided with a knob 28 in the same manner as the base plate 7 in the above embodiment.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the slit 14 for attaching the heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating the microwave oven is formed at a substantially central portion of the side facing the clamping plate connecting direction in the heating sheet 12 for cooking by heating the microwave oven. Although it is set as the position which can be inserted, as shown in FIG. 10, it is good also as a position which can insert the corner | angular part of a pair of diagonal position of the heating sheet 12 for microwave oven heating cooking.
