Claims (11)
- 電気的接続部と電気接触するための第1の領域(4)を有し、かつ、導電体(8)と電気接触するための第2の領域(6)を有し、前記2つの領域(4、6)が互いに導電的に接続されている電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記第2の領域(6)が円筒状のプラグインスリーブの形態にあり、前記プラグインスリーブが、前記導電体(8)と接触する領域に、前記プラグインスリーブの長手軸(6.1)と平行に伸びる長穴(10)を有し、かつ、前記長穴(10)の正反対に配置された縦方向溝穴を有し、前記プラグインスリーブ(6)が、前記長穴(10)に対して横方向にずれた少なくとも1つの係止凹部または係止穴(12)を有し、前記電気プラグイン接触子が差し込まれた位置にある時に前記導電体(8)に係止されるように前記係止凹部または係止穴が形成されることを特徴とする、電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項1に記載の電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記長穴(10)の、前記プラグインスリーブ(6)の前記長手軸(6.1)方向における長さが、前記プラグインスリーブ(6)の前記長手軸(6.1)と垂直方向における長さの少なくとも3倍あることを特徴とする電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記2つの領域(4、6)の長手軸(4.1、6.1)が、相互の関連において横方向にずれて、かつ、平行に伸びることを特徴とする電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項3に記載の電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記係止凹部または係止穴(12)が一対の形態にあり、これらの係止凹部または係止穴(12)は互いに正反対に、かつ前記長穴(10)および前記縦方向溝穴に対して垂直に位置付けられることを特徴とする電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項3または4に記載の電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記長穴(10)が、前記係止凹部または係止穴(12)の領域において前記プラグインスリーブ(6)の長手軸(6.1)に対して横方向の拡がりをもつ絞り部分(6.2)を有することを特徴とする電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項5に記載の電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記長穴(10)が、前記絞り部分(6.2)のない領域において前記プラグインスリーブ(6)の少なくとも40%の、および、前記絞り部分(6.2)のある領域において少なくとも25%の、前記長手軸(6.1)に対して横方向の拡がりを有することを特徴とする電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記プラグインスリーブ(6)がその自由端に連続スロープ(6.3)を有することを特徴とする電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記第1の領域(4)および前記第2の領域(6)が一体的に形成されることを特徴とする電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の電気プラグイン接触子において、
前記プラグインスリーブ(6)および/または前記第1の領域(4)が、巻かれたシート状の金属部品の形態にあることを特徴とする電気プラグイン接触子。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の電気プラグイン接触子を含み、かつ導電体を含む装置において、
プラグインスリーブが差し込まれた位置にある時、特に円筒状の前記プラグインスリーブ(6)を収容するための多角形の穴(8.1)が前記導電体(8)に形成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項10に記載の装置において、
前記長穴(10)の寸法および前記導電体(8)の寸法は、前記プラグイン接触子が差し込まれた位置にある時、前記長穴(10)が前記プラグインスリーブ(6)の長手軸方向において前記導電体(8)の両側を越えて突き出るように互いに適合されることを特徴とする装置。
