Description

発明の分野
本発明は、一般に、身体通路内に保留されるデバイスに関し、1つの特定の用途において、動脈拡張症、たとえば、動脈瘤を修復するのに使用される脈管デバイスに関する。より詳細には、本発明は、展開の際に調節でき、そのため、デバイスを長手方向又は半径方向の少なくともいずれかの方向で再配置することができるデバイスに関する。

Claims (13)
- 近位末端部分及び遠位末端部分を有するカテーテル、
前記カテーテルの前記近位末端部分に配置された、内面及び外面を有するステント、
ステント部材の周囲に配置されたグラフト部材、
前記カテーテルに回転可能に取り付けられた捩れ部材、及び、
前記捩れ部材に連結された、前記ステント及び前記グラフト部材の周囲に延びる移動可能な要素であって、前記カテーテルに対する前記捩れ部材の回転に応じた前記移動可能な要素の引き込み又は開放によって前記ステント及び前記グラフト部材の圧縮又は膨張を可能とする前記移動可能な要素、
を含む装置。 - 前記ステントの少なくとも一部に配置された、近位末端部分及び遠位末端部分を有するチューブをさらに含み、前記捩れ部材の少なくとも一部がチューブの一部の中に延在している、請求項1記載の装置。
