Description
図4を参照すると、本発明に係るタッチウィンドウは、透明ウィンドウ上に形成されるパターン化された感知電極を含む感知電極パターン層と、感知電極と連結される配線部とを含んでなり、特に、配線部と離隔するダミー回路パターンD1、D2、D3を具備してなる点を特徴としている。

Claims (15)
- 透明ウィンドウ上のパターン化された感知電極を含む感知電極パターン層と、
前記感知電極と連結される配線部と、
前記配線部と連結される連結パッド部と、
前記配線部のうち最外殻配線部及び前記連結パッドと離隔して前記最外殻配線部と前記連結パッドとの間に配置される第1のダミー回路パターン、を含むタッチウィンドウ。 - 前記第1のダミー回路パターンは、前記配線部の最外殻配線部に隣接して少なくとも2つ以上配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチウィンドウ。
- 前記配線部に含まれた配線と配線との間に配置される第2のダミー回路パターンを更に含む、請求項2に記載のタッチウィンドウ。
- 前記第2のダミー回路パターンは、前記配線部の折曲部内側に配置される、請求項3に記載のタッチウィンドウ。
- 前記感知電極及び前記配線部は同じ材料で形成される、請求項1に記載のタッチウィンドウ。
- 前記感知電極及び前記配線部は導電性材料で形成される、請求項3に記載のタッチウィンドウ。
- 前記第1のダミー回路パターンは前記配線部と同一材料で形成される、請求項1に記載のタッチウィンドウ。
- 前記感知電極パターン層は、
透明ウィンドウの一方の面上に接着材料層を介して接着されるベース基板と、
前記ベース基板の一方の面及び前記一方の面に対向する他方の面にパターン化される第1の感知電極パターン及び第2の感知電極パターンと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチウィンドウ。 - 前記感知電極パターン層は、
前記透明ウィンドウに第1の接着材料層を介して接着され、一方の面に感知電極パターンが形成される第1の感知電極パターン層と、
前記第1の感知電極パターン層の他方の面に第2の接着材料層を介して接着され、一方の面に感知電極パターンが形成される第2の感知電極パターン層と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチウィンドウ。 - 前記感知電極パターン層は、
前記透明ウィンドウ上に直接形成され、
互いに絶縁されるようにパターニングされる第1の感知電極パターン及び第2の感知電極パターンを含む、請求項1記載のタッチウィンドウ。 - 前記感知電極パターン層は、
前記透明ウィンドウの一方の面上に接着材料層を介して接着されるベース基板と、
前記ベース基板のいずれか一方の面に直接形成され、互いに絶縁されるようにパターニングされる第1及び第2の感知電極パターンと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチウィンドウ。 - 前記感知電極は、ITO、IZO、ZnO、炭素ナノチューブ、銀ナノワイヤ、伝導性ポリマー、又はグラフェンのうちから選ばれるいずれか一つで形成される、請求項1に記載のタッチウィンドウ。
- 前記第1の感知電極パターン層又は前記第2の感知電極パターン層は、
各々の単位感知電極がメッシュ構造で形成され、
前記メッシュ構造は、
単位パターンの外角部を形成する外部ラインパターンと、
前記外部ラインパターンの内部を交差構造で連結する内部ラインパターンと、
を含んで形成される、請求項9に記載のタッチウィンドウ。 - 前記第1の感知電極パターン層又は第2の感知電極パターン層は、
それぞれ一部が互いにオーバーラップされるように配置され、
前記第1の感知電極パターン又は前記第2の感知電極パターンのうちいずれか一方は周期性を有する屈曲パターンを備える、請求項13に記載のタッチウィンドウ。 - 前記周期性を有する屈曲パターンは、
第n屈曲部と第n+1屈曲部との間に線形感知電極パターンが配置される、請求項14に記載のタッチウィンドウ。
