Claims (14)
- 遊星歯車と、
前記遊星歯車を支持する遊星ピンと、
前記遊星ピンを支持するキャリアと、
前記キャリアの少なくとも一部分と前記遊星歯車と前記遊星ピンとを収容するハウジング
とを具備し、
前記遊星歯車は、軸受によって前記遊星ピンに対して回転可能であり、
前記キャリアの内部には、前記軸受に潤滑油を供給するための給油流路が形成され、
前記キャリアは、前記ハウジングに対して静止的に固定された給油部材から前記潤滑油を前記給油流路に受け取り、
前記キャリアの前記給油流路の前記潤滑油を前記給油部材から受け取る入口は、前記ハウジングの内部に位置しており、
前記キャリアは、
前記遊星ピンが固定されるキャリア本体と、
前記キャリア本体と別部材として構成され、前記キャリア本体に接合された延長部材
とを備え、
前記キャリアの前記給油流路の前記入口は、前記延長部材に設けられ、
前記給油部材には、前記延長部材と摺動するシール構造が取り付けられ、
前記延長部材は、前記シール構造と摺動する摺動面を有し、
前記キャリアの前記給油流路の前記入口は、前記摺動面に設けられ、
前記摺動面は、平滑になるように表面加工された
遊星歯車機構。 - 請求項1に記載の遊星歯車機構であって、
前記キャリア本体が鋳造によって作製された
遊星歯車機構。 - 請求項1に記載の遊星歯車機構であって、
前記シール構造は、第1及び第2シール部材を備え、
前記キャリアの前記給油流路の前記入口は、前記第1及び第2シール部材の間に位置しており、前記第1及び第2シール部材は、前記給油部材から前記キャリアの前記給油流路に前記潤滑油を供給する流路を構成している
遊星歯車機構。 - 請求項2に記載の遊星歯車機構であって、
前記シール構造は、第1及び第2シール部材を備え、
前記キャリアの前記給油流路の前記入口は、前記第1及び第2シール部材の間に位置しており、前記第1及び第2シール部材は、前記給油部材から前記キャリアの前記給油流路に前記潤滑油を供給する流路を構成している

前記軸受は、すべり軸受であり、

前記軸受は、すべり軸受であり、
前記キャリアの内部に設けられた前記給油流路は、前記すべり軸受の表面に前記潤滑油を供給するように構成されている
遊星歯車機構。 - ロータヘッドと前記ロータヘッドに結合された風車翼とを含む風車ロータと、
前記ロータヘッドに連結された入力軸を含む増速機と、
前記増速機の出力軸に連結された発電機
とを具備し、

ハウジングと、
遊星歯車機構
とを備え、
前記遊星歯車機構は、
遊星歯車と、
前記遊星歯車を支持する遊星ピンと、
前記遊星ピンを支持するキャリア
とを備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記キャリアの少なくとも一部分と前記遊星歯車と前記遊星ピンとを収容し、
前記遊星歯車は、軸受によって前記遊星ピンに対して回転可能であり、
前記キャリアの内部には、前記軸受に潤滑油を供給するための給油流路が形成され、
前記キャリアは、前記ハウジングに対して静止的に固定された給油部材から前記潤滑油を前記給油流路に受け取り、
前記キャリアの前記給油流路の前記潤滑油を前記給油部材から受け取る入口は、前記ハウジングの内部に位置しており、
前記キャリアは、
前記遊星ピンが固定されるキャリア本体と、
前記キャリア本体と別部材として構成され、前記キャリア本体に接合された延長部材
とを備え、
前記キャリアの前記給油流路の前記入口は、前記延長部材に設けられ、
前記給油部材には、前記延長部材と摺動するシール構造が取り付けられ、
前記延長部材は、前記シール構造と摺動する摺動面を有し、
前記キャリアの前記給油流路の前記入口は、前記摺動面に設けられ、
前記摺動面は、平滑になるように表面加工された
風力発電装置。 - 請求項9に記載の風力発電装置であって、
前記軸受は、すべり軸受であり、
前記キャリアの内部に設けられた前記給油流路は、前記すべり軸受の表面に前記潤滑油を供給するように構成されている
風力発電装置。 - 請求項1に記載の遊星歯車機構の前記シール構造に備えられる
シール部材。 - 請求項5に記載の遊星歯車機構に備えられる
すべり軸受。 - 請求項10に記載の風力発電装置に備えられる
すべり軸受。 - 遊星歯車機構のキャリアを製造する製造方法であって、
第1給油流路が内部に設けられ、且つ、遊星ピンを支持するキャリア本体を鋳造によって作製する工程と、
潤滑油を静止系に設けられた給油部材から受け取るための第2給油流路が内部に設けられた延長部材を作製する工程と、
前記延長部材の、前記給油部材に取り付けられたシールが摺動する摺動面を滑らかになるように表面加工する工程と、
前記第1給油流路と前記第2給油流路とが接続されるように前記キャリア本体と前記延長部材とを接合する工程
とを備えた
遊星歯車機構のキャリアの製造方法。
