本研究においては、48対の標本が生成され、1のY−TZP円柱部と1のポーセレンで生成されたブロック部が、結合系を用いて接着密封されうる。標本は2の方向で異なっており、Y−TZP円柱部のセメント接着面に依存し(3の異なる面が試験された)、どの結合系が用いられるかに依存した(2の異なる系が試験された)。結果的に、48の標本は図1に示すように6の下位群を構成した。
黄銅及びステンレス鋼で生成された特殊な乾式プレス穿孔ツールはY−TZP円柱部の製造のために生成された。高さが18mmで、貫通孔が直径6mmの円柱が製造された。直径が6mmで、長さが19mmの鋼のロッドは貫通孔に適合するように調製された。
コントロール:媒質は圧縮前に底部の穿孔部に添加されなかった
表面1:底部の穿孔面は圧縮前に、粒径が40μm以下の高分子微粒の薄い層で覆われた。
表面2:底部の穿孔面は圧縮前に、粒径が40μm以下のガラス微粒の薄い層で覆われた。
ポーセレンのブロック部は上述した特別に生成された黄銅の鋳型を用いて製造された。
ポーセレンのブロック部の双方のセメント接着面及び総てのY−TZP円柱部は9.6%のフッ化水素酸(Top Dent9.6%、スウェーデン国ウプランドバスビーのDAB Dental社)で処理され、完全にすすがれ、35%のリン酸(米国ユタ州ソルト・レイクのUltradent products社)で洗浄され、再度製造業者の推奨に従って完全にすすがれた。
次いで、円柱の円板部及びポーセレンのブロック部は各々の製造業者の推奨に従って、対応するシラン及び接着性のセメントで処理された。セメント接着前は、表面レリーフが異なる、3群(n=16、総数48)の円柱部及び長石質ポーセレンのブロック部(n=48)は、無作為に6の下位群(n=8)に分割された。2の異なる結合系である、Variolink(登録商標)II(FL−9494、リヒテンシュタイン国シャーンのIvoclar Vivadent社)及びPanavia(商標)F(〒710−8622日本国岡山県のKURARAY MEDICAL社)が用いられた。
圧縮、焼結、及びセメント接着後の標本の製造中に、各群からの各々の標本は2の異なる型の顕微鏡(WILD M3、スイス国ヘルブルグのWILD HEERBRUGG社;及びLeica DM 2500M、ドイツ国ウェッツラーのLeica Microsystems社)でそれぞれ31倍、50倍の拡大率で調査した。試験したせん断接着強度である総ての標本による破断面は更に調査された。表面は各々の顕微鏡に接続されたディジタルカメラ(Olympus DP12、日本国東京)で撮影された。顕微鏡WILD M3での分析及び写真収集中に、外部光(Volpi intralux(登録商標)5000、スイス国シュリーレン)が用いられた。
総ての標本は特別に構成された熱サイクルデバイスにおいて5000回の熱サイクルを受けた。標本は一方が5℃で一方が55℃の2の恒温槽において循環した。各々のサイクルは60秒続き、20秒は各々の恒温槽であり、10秒間は恒温槽間の移動であった。
せん断接着強度は、ナイフエッジのブレードが以前の研究に従い結合面と平行になる一般的な試験機器(Instronモデル4465、米国マサチューセッツ州カントンのInstron(登録商標)社)で定量された。長石質ブロック部は試験機器に固定化した黄銅のホルダーに配置されて、試験中その位置に維持された。クロスヘッドの速度は0.5mm/分であった。剥離した時点、又は長石質ブロック部が破断した時点での負荷が記録(Philips PM8010、フランス国ボビニ)され、せん断接着強度:
が算出された。ここでCは結合強度(MPa)を表し、Fは剥離又は破断時の負荷(N)を表し、rはmm2単位のセメント接着領域のmm単位におけるラジアンである。

Claims (13)
- 酸化ジルコニウムの義歯を製造するための方法であって、前記酸化ジルコニウムは安定化しており、前記方法が:
a)別の対象体の鋳造物上にエッチング可能な媒質を配置するステップと;
b)前記エッチング可能な媒質がある鋳造物上で、酸化ジルコニウム粉末を少なくとも45MPaの圧力で所望の形態の対象体に圧縮することによって、前記エッチング可能な媒質を、前記別の対象体と結合及び保持できる表面部である、前記対象体の表面部に嵌入させるステップと;
c)前記対象体を最終形状に任意に加工するステップと;
d)酸化ジルコニウムを正方晶系の結晶構造に変形するために本体部を1170℃を超える温度で焼結するステップと;
e)該焼結ステップで除去されない前記エッチング可能な媒質の残留物を除去すべく、前記エッチング可能な媒質をフッ化水素酸を用いてエッチングすることによって、マイクロ工学的な保持表面を提供するステップと;
を具えることで特徴づけられる方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記媒質がポリマー粒子であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記媒質がガラス粒子であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、該焼結温度が1300℃ないし1600℃であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記酸化ジルコニウムが酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム、及び酸化セシウムの属からなる群から選択される化合物のうちの1以上で安定化されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、ステップb)の圧縮が45MPaないし150MPaの圧力で行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、ステップb)の圧縮が冷間等方加工プレスを用いて行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、ステップb)の圧縮が機械的な一軸性圧力を用いて行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、ステップb)の圧縮が加圧式キュベットを用いて行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、ステップe)のエッチングの後にすすぎステップが続き、有機酸及び/若しくは無機酸、ならびに/又は水が用いられることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、ステップe)のエッチングが1分ないし3分の期間、フッ化水素酸を用いて行われ、前記フッ化水素酸の濃度が5%ないし15%であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記本体部が加成的な形成プロセスを用いて得られることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記本体部が減成的な形成プロセスを用いて得られることを特徴とする方法。
