Claims (2)
- 給油キャップで開閉可能に旋蓋されるとともに給油ガンのノズルが挿入される給油口を一端に有し、他端が燃料タンクに接続されるメッキ鋼板からなる筒状給油管本体と、
上記給油口に組み付けられるステンレス鋼材からなる短筒状リテーナとを備えた燃料給油管であって、
上記リテーナは、両端が開口する第1及び第2筒部材からなり、
上記第1筒部材には、上記給油キャップの雄螺子部と螺合する雌螺子部が一端開口側の内周面に形成され、
一方、上記第2筒部材は、上記第1筒部材の内部にその他端開口側から挿入されて上記雌螺子部手前で上記第1筒部材と重なり合った状態で点溶接され、反挿入側開口端は、挿入側開口端よりも縮小されて上記給油ガンのノズルが差込み・引抜き可能に差し込まれる差込孔を構成するとともに、該差込孔側の外周面と上記第1筒部材の他端開口側の内周面との間に隙間を有し、
上記隙間に上記給油管本体の給油口側の端部が挿入されるように上記リテーナを給油管本体に嵌合させ、当該嵌合部分を連続溶接することにより、上記給油管本体の給油口に上記リテーナを組み付けることを特徴とする燃料給油管。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料給油管であって、
上記給油管本体は、メッキ鋼板からパイプ状に成形した電縫管からなることを特徴とする燃料給油管。
