- らせん状自在管の一端部が挿入されるソケットと、
前記ソケットに前記らせん状自在管が固定されるように、前記ソケットに締付けるナットと、
前記らせん状自在管の一端部と前記ソケットとの間に位置するパッキングと、
前記らせん状自在管に結合され、前記パッキングと前記ナットとの間に位置する支持リング とから構成され、
前記パッキングは、前記らせん状自在管の先端が囲まれるように挟まれるシーリング部と、前記シーリング部から前記ナット方向に伸びて前記らせん状自在管の外周面に密着される伸び部 とを備え、
前記ソケットには、前記パッキングのシーリング部と前記シーリング部に挟まれたらせん状自在管の先端が挿入される凹溝部が形成され 、
前記シーリング部は、前記らせん状自在管の先端の外周面に密着され、前記伸び部が一体に伸びる外側シーリング部と、前記らせん状自在管の先端の内周面に密着される内側シーリング部とを備える、

前記らせん状自在管の先端が挟まれた状態で前記凹溝部に締まり嵌めになる厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。 - 前記凹溝部は、前記ソケットの内周面から前記ナットに向かって突出した突出管部によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
- 前記シーリング部は、
前記凹溝部の深さに対応する長さに形成された請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。 - 前記支持リングは、前記らせん状自在管の外周面にねじ結合される請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
- 前記シーリング部には、前記らせん状自在管の先端が挿入される溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
- 前記溝は、らせん状の溝から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
- 前記パッキングは、弾性変形が可能な材質からなる請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
- 前記パッキングは、前記らせん状自在管とねじ結合される請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
- 前記ソケットは、外径が内側から前記ナット方向へ行くほど大きくなるように傾斜するよう形成された請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
- 前記ソケットの内径は、内側から前記ナット方向に向けて内径が順次大きくなるように形成された請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
- 前記パッキングは、外径が前記ソケットの内側方向に向けて順次小さくなるように形成された請求項1に記載のらせん状自在管連結具。
